We also spent a week honeymooning at Granny's! It was a wonderful week to get away from it all and to spend lots and lots of sweet time together! We are quite addicted to The Sawmill Place! The food is good ole home cooking and absolutely delicious! Granny's rates are quite good and if you are not on your honeymoon :) this would be a great place to share with another couple! The decor is charming and wonderfully cozy!

My husband and I spent our week long honeymoon at Granny's. It was so wonderfully relaxing and quiet! We loved eating at the local restaurants--Try Poppie's and Muffy's--AMAZING! We found ourselves close to beautiful hiking trails, and even checked out a local winery. The cabin is immaculate and well-maintained, and the owners are wonderful to work with. We are looking forward to returning to the peace and serenity that Granny's provides in the near future. Thanks to the owners for providing such a restful and comfortable retreat!! P.S.--You can't beat the rates!

They are close to attractions and other activities in the mountains, but can just kickback and relax after a busy day of sightseeing, hiking, shopping or other activity offered in the beautiful N. Georgia mountains!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Granny's Cabin over Memorial weekend. The cabin was very clean, in a great neighborhood, and the owners are very personable. I would have to say this is one of the nicest cabins I have stayed at and the nightly rate is VERY reasonable. There is a delicious hole in the wall Italian restaurant called Sicily's right down the street. We have eaten there twice and the food is delicious. The cabin is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. We would definitely stay there again.
