Beautiful 2-bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom apartment in 1920’s Spanish building. Enter the spacious apartment via a beautiful historical courtyard with fountain. The front door opens up into a bright, spacious living room with desk alcove and separate dining room with seating at round table for up to 6 people. There are refinished peg and groove hardwood floors throughout the apartment, which have been recently upgraded with eclectic/modern furniture including custom designer furniture from Roots Home. The living room has large oversized arched glass windows that open up, with views to the courtyard fountain. The leather couch in the living room turns into a day bed. Two spacious bedrooms provide a comfortable resting area. One has a large king size bed and the other a queen size bed. All organic high thread count linens and towels are provided by Roots Home.
The bathroom with its original tiling, has a combined separate Shower/tub and a large pedestal sink plus built in drawer unit with ample storage. There is also a separate half bathroom for added convenience and hall linen closet. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave and all the small appliances you need. Shared washer/dryer is in the building.
Designated parking for one car is included in the rental. The unit comes with cable TV and HBO, high speed wireless internet access, as well as phone service with unlimited local and US long-distance calling.
