This is a great value when split between a couple of familys. This 6BR/2BA Pottery barn cottage is on the ocean block of L.B.I.. It was renevated early summer 2009,and is much larger than it appears from the street. It is a wonderful place to Vacation.
Two kitchens and living rooms with large screen TVs enable seperate time, With both indoor and outdoor spaces large enough to be all together. There are separate entrances in addition to an inside stairwell(in case of liquid sunshine) with a double sided locking door(for privacy). Great for two familys or grandparents, children and grandchildren. Wonderful for a reunion on a budget without compromising on space or location. Almost everything is brand new, very clean and very comfortable. This place is warm and charming, and will hopefully book with the same renters for years to come. "Family Memories" in the making. Also includes constant hot, two outdoor showers and 8 beach badges. There is both air conditioning and heat, and there are some beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for your convienience.

What a Wonderful weekend we enjoyed!! We loved the mums that greeted us on the front patio.....Peter enjoyed using the outdoor shower (twice!)....We sat around the new kitchen island having cocktails as Peter cooked......made an outdoor fire to dine by..........gathered shells and small pine cones for the holiday season.....It was all just perfect....even the weather!! My Mom loved the convenience of the new washer/dryer... and felt right at home back in your wonderful beach cottage.Thank you so very much.

The house is wonderful. We spoke about coming again for two weeks next year, and after discussions with the family, it was unanimouse.....2 weeks it is. Thanks again. The house is really lovely and we are having a terrific time.
