This charming 1900sf lake cottage is the perfect place for your next vacation! Located near the tip of Shull Island, you'll enjoy this private, quiet spot on Lake Murray. Plus you'll love the fabulous sunrise and moonrise views overlooking huge water. From Lake Murray, you are centrally located in the Midlands of South Carolina; you're convenient to the coast, Augusta National and the mountains. If you enjoy golfing and fishing, you'll think you are in heaven!

Our beautifully decorated cottage is casual yet elegant and has many features: The vaulted greatroom has a fireplace and lots of windows. A 42ft covered porch with swing and outdoor dining table face the lake. A covered porch on the road side, takes in views to otherside of the island. The owner's suite opens onto the lake porch, this bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bath with garden tub. Two upstairs bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and two twin beds, all with incredible lake views and private full baths. Many of our guests have described our cottage as "one of the best places they have ever stayed".

Enjoy sitting on our private 95'dock with floating platform and sitting area. We have plenty of parking area for your trailer, you can dock your boat at the dock, and we are convenient to "Larry Koon" landing just minutes away on the the Island. Other outdoor features include: a firepit, swings, sand box, a our famous "Margarita Bar" for big kids. New for Spring 2008: with house rental,detached guest house with 1BR/1BA, sitting room & kitchenette for the extra family for an additional $450/week call for details.

Completely furnished, you won't need a thing! Smoke free. Our $95 cleaning fee includes: bed linens, one set of towels/bath, and starter paper products. Weekly and weekend rentals. Monthly and seasonal rates available.
