Boat launching permit provided for use at boat ramp located nearby. House has deck with umbrella table, chairs and charcoal grill. Irrigation system in rear lawn and accent lights in trees on timers.

There is an "Aquatoy" peddle boat available for use at your own risk and renters are responsible to follow all boating laws.
