Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. It's Furnished in light and bright pastels, and the sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from our large patio. There is a gas grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

We are located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort. If this unit is reserved for the days you want see our other unit vrbo #243191. It is on the third floor with the same layout and has an even better veiw.

  • Just got back! Absolutley loved this condo, best view right out the back door. Only con was like the others said backdoor was extremely hard to open but I am sure it will be fixed in no time. Susan next door was very nice, Loved her. This is where we will be staying from now on. Thanks paul and family!

  • We just got back from our visit at the beach. We stayed at Paul's condo and loved it! The beach is directly at your back door with no dunes to obscure your view. The amenities were exactly what we needed. Back door needs to be fixed (doesn't slide well)but I am sure he will take care of that. We are planning to be back next year! Thanks you!

  • We had a great time at this condo. It slept our family of four comfortably. The location is perfect! You can walk out of the back door and you are directly on the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

  • We are enjoying our stay in your condo this week. It is small and cozy and very, very clean! The only downfall is the sliding glass door to the patio. It is VERY, VERY hard to open and close. That has been a frustration all week. It is wonderful to walk out of the condo and straight onto the lovely white sands and to see the emerald green water! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VIEW! We hate to leave on Sunday!
