Amazing Location Right on the Gulf

We had a fantastic time staying here. Being able to walk right off of the back porch directly on to the beach was great. We fell asleep every night listening to the waves crash and woke every morning to sunrise over the gulf. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, much more so than most hotel beds. We made our own breakfast and lunch every day and only ate out in the evenings. Booking was quick and easy and Paul was responsive to all of our questions. We definitely hope to stay here again the next time we visit this area.

Our entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The unit is directly on the beach---open the sliding glass doors, walk across the patio and there you are on the beach. The unit is situated among large, mature palm trees which shade and add to the peaceful experience. There was a delicious breeze as the builder of these condos structured them to this advantage...awesome! In the morning we were greeted by the soothing sounds of the doves who frequent the area. And, at all times the sounds of the beautiful emerald green water fills the air. The owners, Paul and Candy, are simply the best....they want your experience to be the happiest, best possible. They have stocked the unit with the essentials you need for the stay. All you need to do is buy your preference of food. The unit is close to many of the area attractions, restaurants, shops, and down the strip from harborwalk village in Destin ----be sure to take advantage of some of the fabulous water sports or boating excursions available. In summary, the vacation was peaceful, relaxing and fun!

We have stayed in Florida several times but this was the first time at a condo - what a great location! Being able to walk right out to the beach as well as use the pool next door was fantastic! We are also pet owners so it was a big plus to us to be able to bring our 4 legged family member along on our vacation! This was the most relaxing visit we have had in Florida....the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, there was a grill available for our use, and we truly enjoyed not having to drive to the beach and to relax and have our family meals right there on the patio! We will definitely stay here again....The owners Paul and Candy were great to work with and checked on us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed!! The free WiFi was a bonus too!!

Had a great 30 day stay. Can't beat the back yard with the ocean at your toes. Great time of year. (Oct/Nov 2011) No crowds. Weather was beautiful almost every day.

The property was just as described, clean and quiet. We have already referred several friends to your listings on VRBO. It had been 12 years since we visited the area - things have definitely changed and areas (Destin for sure) are more crowded but this condo's location was wonderful; the small size, quiet location on Okaloosa Island was perfect for our family. Our 9 year old son loved walking out the backdoor and being right on the beach. The location was perfect for day trips to Pensacola to visit Ft. Pickens (a must if your child or you is an avid Civil War buff) and The Zoo at Gulf Breeze is a must see !! When you visit be sure to grab lunch at Fudpuckers, get a couple dozen doughnuts from The Donut Hole in Destin and enjoy a meal at the Backporch or AJ's in Destin - well worth the few minutes drive over the bridge. Our family definitely recommends a visit to the Costello's property. They are wonderful to work with and your vacation will be perfect!!! :-)

My husband and I had a blast on our 3 day get away! Our condo was wonderful and great for a romantic get away. The condo is an older building which may detour some folks, DON'T Let it! This condo is up to date and immaculate. Don't even think of staying in a hotel or hugh highrise when you can step out your back door onto the sand...Thanks Paul and Candy for having us! I rented this condo for me, my son and his 1-year-old daughter to stay in for New Years weekend. We also planned to have our Christmas celebration here that weekend since I live out of state now. Everything was perfect. My daughter from Panama City came with her family during the day so I could see the other grandkids as well. I only wish the weather would have cooperated more. The beach was still beautiful anyway. The grandkids loved just sitting at the back door watching the surf. The king size bed was awesome! It was sooo comfortable!!! I didn't want to get out of bed each morning. My husband and I are considering coming back to this condo on our next anniversary. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay that is absolutely directly on the beach!!!!

Little piece of PARADISE right on the Beach

This condo was the best!! I could not have asked for anything better for my family. Easy access to all the "mom, I forgot", toys. Parents know what I am talking about. I love that there was no waiting on elevators or flights of stairs to have to climb. My kids, 12 and 6 could safely navigate around the property and still be within my view. It was also nice to be able to use the pool next door. In short, I am hooked on this property!! Already planning return visit. Only this time, it will last a little longer. We met some really nice people while staying here and looking forward to making many more happy memories. Thank you so very much Costello family for sharing your home.

Just returned from a long weekend at this lovely condo. I would love to keep it top secret so it would always be available for my family. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with every thing you need. My 3 year old grand daughter thought that this was the biggest sandbox she had ever seen. Great area for small children, great place to play at the beach and ocean. This condo was everything promised and more. Can't wait to come back and visit again.

If you want REAL(no dunes or wallway to cross) beachfront.....from door to sand to water...this is the place for you! Bottom floor was newly re-done as well...we had an EXCELLENT stay. Hassle free and private. Oh, and you can WALK along the beach to the Crab Trap....best oceanfront restaurant ever!

My family and I just returned from this wonderful condo and will definetely rent it again!! It was very nice, clean, and has an amazing view!! We LOVED stepping right onto the sand from the patio!! The owner, Paul, was very friendly, as was Susan, the property manager, both wanted to make sure that our stay was perfect and it absolutely was. This condo is in a great location, close to several popular restaurants, souvenir shops, and the pier. We are already planning our next trip to this beautiful piece of paradise!! Our stay here was perfect! We have 10 year old & 2 year old and the condo was perfect for us. I loved that we could stand on the patio and look at the beautiful beach and water. We could go out to the beach and easily run back to the condo if we needed something. We also had easy access to the pool next door. We felt very safe in the area and it was close to everything we needed. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back...our next stay will definately be in this condo again. I cannot underestimate how great it was to have the beach literally in our back yard with nothing obstructing our view. One step off the patio and you are there. You will not find any other place like it on the island. With two small children this was an invaluable asset. If we needed something inside, we just went in and got it. This condo was clean and well kept. Everything we needed was provided. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed in this property May 9-16, 2010, to celebrate my birthday. It is exactly as the beautiful pictures depict. The decor is lovely, the furnishings are comfortable, and overall the condo is just right! It really does have direct beach access! The owners were very helpful and answered my questions promptly. I would certainly recommend Villas Capri to anyone, but it's so wonderful I wish we could keep it a secret. :) Dinner at Floyd's near the pier was great. Didn't go anywhere else because the condo has everything you need! Thanks!

My family LOVED this condo. It had just the right amount of room for the three of us. We especially liked being able to walk out our back door and be right on the beach!! Just got back! Absolutley loved this condo, best view right out the back door. Only con was like the others said backdoor was extremely hard to open but I am sure it will be fixed in no time. We just got back from our visit at the beach. We stayed at Paul's condo and loved it! The beach is directly at your back door with no dunes to obscure your view. The amenities were exactly what we needed. Back door needs to be fixed (doesn't slide well)but I am sure he will take care of that. We are planning to be back next year! Thanks you!

We are enjoying our stay in your condo this week. It is small and cozy and very, very clean! The only downfall is the sliding glass door to the patio. It is VERY, VERY hard to open and close. That has been a frustration all week. It is wonderful to walk out of the condo and straight onto the lovely white sands and to see the emerald green water! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VIEW! We hate to leave on Sunday!
