Hi! Welcome to the privacy of Hope Ranch, where you may ride your horses on 28 miles of private trails, while some lead you down to our private beach where you may also ride...all residents have great respect for our equestrians, especially while riding near our private roads..also at the Ranch are 2 private tennis courts across from a beautiful all sports natural field with a soft track for a run, soccer, field hockey, etc..You will feel completely private in this home on the oak studded 2 and a half acres, along with a privacy entry gate. Go out the back gate and find more trails just at the end of the property which will lead you on a soft ground friendly run with your horses or on foot.
Excellent, uncrowded bike trail just another few hundred feet from the back property, which leads to another beach.
Also in one of the bedrooms, is a projector screen along with the projector allowing for internet viewing (we have wireless..Apple Air), Cox Cable, Aux, and please feel free to select from my private dvd collection in HD. Sub Zero cool kitchen, two living rooms, both with fireplaces. 2 car garage, along with plenty of other parking (we own to the end of the cul de sac.....)
Feel free to party if you like. Most of the furniture IS expensive, but we'll just have to trust you. Furniture from 'KIM3'. I have a blonde English lab named moose, so please bring your dogs, and your horses! We love animals!!
The home is one of a kind, two king beds, an exceptional Neuvie queen pull out, as well as really comfy 'crash mats'....That said, if you're cool, you're welcome in my home. Party, be a hermit, be an artist, I prefer to have cool people in my home bringing the good vibe....you'll figure out the expensive pieces not to inflict pain upon, don't worry too much about the carpet, etc. I'll walk you through, then you'll get it. - Private Hot Tub: yes, also we have an outdoor hot tub located in the rear patio, very near the master bedroom, which will take about 7persons, along with a small waterfall feature, cool lighting, and more than enough powerful assortment of jets (on a 240.....)
