Lots of cards and board games, video library,large game room!
Outside- Enjoy a game of basketball, Cornhole Gameboards, or Horseshoes. There is a stainless Gas Grill, Large Outside Covered Lanai and open decks, ample seating for your family. Enjoy the serenity of the koi pond with fountain.
The decks have lighting & Electric to waters edge with two tiered decking.
This home is located in a very clean and safe neighborhood with very little traffic, an overall nice place for you to bring your family.
