Bedroom is nestled in the trees for privacy, and features covered porch for watching the beautiful sunsets. This bedroom also has an office area for those that need a quiet place to take care of business during their stay.
QUEEN BEDROOM is the ultimate retreat with luxurious Pinecone Hill linens. Private full bath with custom tile and granite as well as a large, walk-in closet..
TWIN BEDROOM features full bath with granite and custom tile. 2 Twin beds (one trundle2 for a total of 2 twin beds in this room.
Additional TWIN BEDROOM features French doors opening to large southern porch complete with rocking chairs. Twin bed has trundle for a total of 2 twin beds in this room.
The bunk loft is a sleepover favorite accommodating 3 children. Whimsical in design and complete with books and games, it is perfectly set up to entertain the little ones while you sleep in on vacation!!
We even have a "secret hideout" under the stairs outfitted with a custom twin mattress for 1-2 children.

This is a very large home and we have fit 20 family members quite comfortably in the past. Please let us know if your sleeping arrangement needs exceed what we have listed and we will do our best to get creative and arrange a cozy spot for each guest.

Featuring professional series Monogram appliances, you will find a 48 inch refrigerator with abundant ice maker, 6 burner gas range complete with griddle for pancake breakfasts, XL capacity dishwasher and state of the art microwave drawer large enough to warm an entire casserole dish. Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms
Isle of Palms is an ideal place to vacation and to live. Located just minutes from historic downtown Charleston, one can spend their days on the beach or wrapped in southern charm. Our home is just a few short blocks from the IOP rec center with a state of the art playground, tennis courts, soccer fields and indoor basketball courts. Venture a few more blocks and enjoy a delicious brunch at Morgan Creek overlooking the IOP marina and fine homes of Wild Dunes resort. Take an eco tour to Caper's Island for shelling, crabbing and more. Enjoy kayaking in our beautiful marshes or get up close with dolphins on a sunset cruise. Isle of Palms has something for everyone and amenities that will keep any family busy the whole year long. Finish up a perfect day with ICE CREAM. Ben and Jerry's is a short walk from the house and you can look for shells on the way!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is just a quick 1-2 minute walk (7 houses) to the 21st st. beach access. This is the best beach access on IOP as it is paved right upto the sand making it a breeze to bring bikes, wagons and even golf carts almost onto the sand for unloading. There are also no homes or other buildings beachfront at 21st, so the ocean breezes on our street are wonderful; even in the heat of summer. Our beach home is very child friendly. We have a wonderful pool that is only accessed from the master suite or second level family room. Both doors leading to the pool are alarmed for additional safety and children are free to run about in the spacious backyard as there is no pool access from the grassy play area. We also have a 2000 sq. ft. garage loaded with toys, scooters, games, bikes, basketball, etc. No need to worry about entertaining the kids in the event of a rainy day!
For the adults, we have a wonderful crow's nest with wet bar leading to 2 roof top decks! The perfect setting for cocktails at the end of a great beach day.
