Direct ocean-front, Singer Island penthouse unit in newly remodeled, 42-story condo building. Unit has panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. We are located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, 20 minutes north of Palm Beach and 11 miles north of Palm Beach International Airport.
This is the perfect place to unwind if your idea of vacationing is lying on the beach. Or, if you’re a little more active, Palm Beach County is home to many fine golf courses, charter fishing boats, pier fishing, dive/snorkel boats, parasailing, fine dining, shopping, professional sporting events, live theater and much more.
Well-appointed, fully furnished condo has fully-equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and coffeemaker, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. In-unit amenities include DVD, CD player, cooking utensils and dishes, fresh linens and bedding, and beach towels.
The condo building has lavish, world-class amenities including covered garage with security gate, manned front desk, fitness center, tennis courts, resort-style pool, restaurant and bar.
For the comfort of our future guests, no smoking or pets are allowed.
Additional Rental Information:
• A 50% deposit holds the reservation.
• The balance plus a $100 exit cleaning fee, applicable sales tax and $500 security deposit are due 20 days prior to arrival or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.
• The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure pending an inspection of the unit.
• All payments are in cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer only.
• All utilities are to be paid by renter.

• 80% refunded if cancelled 6 weeks prior to reservation
• 50% refunded if cancelled 4 weeks prior to reservation
