Just over a mile to the Cliff Walk. 2.5 miles to downtown Newport. 5 minute drive to Sweetberry Farm to handpick delicious summer fruit and eat homemade ice cream.
Accommodations: If you want to enjoy the beaches and nature reserves in a location without traffic and noise this the place. 1 bedroom with Jacuzzi in master bathroom. Sleeps 2-4. Superbly clean and maintained non-smoking cottage with fenced yard. Varnished wood interior. Large elevated deck with patio furniture and wide views to enjoy the lovely ocean State sunsets and evenings. Listen to the sound of the surf!

Why the Owner Chose Middletown
We chose this location due to proximity to beaches and yet in a quiet neighborhood. Huge yard and fabulous condition of the 800+ sq ft home was a treasure to find.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Walk/bike to beaches, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wonderful ocean views along the two routes to the Newport or Middletown beaches.
