This gulf front condominium is located on the third floor of a charming 6 story gulf front property in the beautiful Crystal Beach area.
This mid-rise property is located just minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf and tons of family activities. The unit offers a large open kitchen and family room.
The master suite offers a whirlpool tub, separate shower and is gulf front which means you wake up to the beauty of the emerald waters splashing the sugar white sand. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and the master and guest bedrooms both contain TV's.
The bathrooms both have new granite counter tops and tile floors. There is new tile in all living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The bunk room sleeps 3 and contains a slide out bunk(no sofa bed).
Glass sliding doors lead you from the living room to a nice size tile patio on the beach. The living room has a flat screen TV with HD service. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player. Unit is fully furnished and is in excellent condition. It is approximately 1,325 sf.
The property has gated parking, on site security and the rental package includes free beach chairs.

Why the Owner Chose Crystal Dunes
Destin has by far the most gorgeous beaches we have found. My wife and I have travelled to many islands and have yet to find a beach like we have here on the Emerald Coast. In addition, there are lot of great places to eat. Best of all the seafood you will eat is extremely fresh and most of the time it was just caught that day. I really enjoy golf and there are three really good courses within 10 minutes of the property. Great beaches, great food and great golf...what more could you want!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is right on the beach, nothing between you and the crystal clear water except for white sand. The property is in a great location very close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses and of course lots of shopping. However, it is not on the main highway so you will enjoy a very quiet vacation. The sunsets from the patio are absolutely breathtaking!

I am a CPA and the CFO for a commercial real estate company in Dallas, Tx. My wife is a 5th and 6th grade teacher. I am President of the Crystal Dunes Condominium Association. I have been a member of our Board for over 10 years. I am very active in the management of our property and making sure it is in top condition. My wife and I work very hard to ensure that our condo is also in excellent condition. Our family has vacationed in Destin for 30+ years. This is by far, the nicest unit with the best service that we have ever had the pleasure of renting. We enjoy the low-rise condos - Crystal Dunes is our favorite condo of all. The facility is a comfortable size, which avoids overcrowding on the beach and long delays at elevators, etc. This unit was striking in its beautiful decorating and nice furnishings. The owner was very helpful in assuring that everything went well with our reservation and stay in Destin, over and above what is expected. There was a book with instructions on the area which was a very nice touch. There is an on-site manager, as well as superior service from the rental agency. I highly recommend this unit and hope to rent this unit again for our family. Everything about this unit was top notch. Thanks for sharing your beach home with our family

We absolutely loved this place. It is right on the water. 3rd floor. Very easy to get to beach. Great view. The condo itself was spotless. It had any kind of utensil you need. The only thing I would like to see is maybe a grill on the grounds and also I wish the association would clean up the beach every day. You see a good bit of trash out there every day and I noticed they didn't have a tractor come and smooth out every day, so where the chairs and umbrellas were, it was kind of dirty. It is a great location. It is very close to anything. Right across the street from Destin Commons, very close to Walmart.
Owner response:There are several grills located in the Northwest corner of the property. This summer beach cleaning was reduced at the request of BP and due to the large volume of seaweed many times the beach cleaners will not remove it so that it will decompose (which is good overall for the beach). We were in Destin for a long weekend in July. The condo was very clean, is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The weather was great and the beaches had no oil! We love to stay at Crystal Dunes because it is a small condo, right on the beach, is very clean, has beach service and also has a great pool. Thanks for letting us visit your home and for making our reservations so quickly! We will call you again.

Truly wonderful! I took my wife, our 4 children.... ages 10-16.... and my 79 year old mom the last week in June. The condo is spectacular! Everything was perfect and yes, there was no oil! The unit was clean, spacious and very well decorated. The view from the balcony is awesome and we really enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings and having breakfast watching the waves crash into the beach. The complex is low density, very quite, and it is really only a few steps to the beach. It had been more than 20 years since I had been to Destin and things have changed greatly. The unit owner was extremely helpful with advice on where to dine and the fastest way to get there. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful and comfortable condo. Fully furnished and equiped; just had to buy our food. Area is wonderful... no high rise condos, quiet, and very close to shopping area. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The owners have provided all the comforts of home and the unit is imaculate. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are so comfortable. We liked the little personal touches in this unit and will definitely stay here again.

My family of four had the great pleasure of staying in this Crystal Dunes condo during Spring Break. Having staying in many Destin properties, we found this condo to be the best yet. We appreciated the exceptional cleanliness and the attention to detail. I loved the kitchen setup. I had everything I needed and all the appliances were in great condition. Kudo's to the owners for providing those Fiesta dishes. I really liked that I didn't feel like we were in a generic condo. This owner made us feel like we were at home. Maybe better than home. We loved our stay here. Pictures were accurate, great for a family especially. It was very clean and maintained and would love to go back some time. Owner was very prompt in getting back to us and answered all our questions and concerns. Would definately recommend this rental property.
