  Easy process for booking, Condo was very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach along with the view was superb. Kids enjoyed the stay and met friends. Pool was very nice along with the hot tub. Grounds were well kept and we really liked the privacy of the gated fence and private beach. Beach was beautiful. Local access to shopping was convienient.

  We would highly recommend staying at this property, and the Destin area is gorgeous. This unit is well maintained and decorated with a subtle beach decor. The whole building is very quiet, and we took advantage of the beach chair and umbrella service every day. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans, and we enjoyed making many family meals here. Our girls really liked the bunk beds, our teenage son enjoyed having is own room, and we loved that we could sip our morning coffee overlooking the beach and watch the kids play while we were still in our pj's. The pool in the shade was a great place to take a break from the beach in the afternoon, and the sunsets were spectacular. We drove down from MN and really hope to be back again next year for spring break!

  This condo was more beautiful than the pictures. We have been going to Destin for 20 years and glad that we have found this condo. There is nothing we needed other that food. It is well located close to the elevator and this condo is next to the end unit on the third floor. You will not have a better view anywhere else. The sunrises and sunsets are remarkable. The condo is immaculate and VERY clean. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this condo beautiful. We woke up every morning in the Master Bedroom to the gorgeous ocean waters. We rented this condo for a month and are planning on doing it again this year. The owners are great to work with and respond quickly to emails and phone calls. We are so glad we found this "Slice of Paradise".

  If you're looking for a well maintained property and a great view this is it. The owner was very curteous and helpful as well. We have stayed in several different Beach condos in the past and I would have to say this is one of the better ones. If you have to find a negitive I would say it's the pool being in the front of the property and no workout area. The pool area is nice even being in the front. We hope to return in the near future.

  Owner response: Our pool is on the front part of our property due to the topography on the beach side of the building. Very few buildings actually have their pool on the beach side due to the damage caused by storms. We had to totally rebuild our dunes a few years ago and if our pool had been in this area it would have ended up in the Gulf. We have recently changed the landscape around our pool to give as much privacy as possible. Plus it is nice to go take a dip in the pool with the kids and take a break from the sun. I very much appreciate the very positive comments about our condo and our property. We work very hard to keep both in top condition.

  This was our first time to stay at Crystal Dunes (although not first time in Destin), and we were very impressed. My mom, I and my three kids, ages 7 to 14, stayed in this unit, and we greatly enjoyed the location of the condo (beautiful view from balcony) as well as the proximity to the beautiful white sand beach. The condo itself is furnished very nicely (lots of love and care went into the decorating and upkeep) and it is extremely clean. My girls adored the bunk bed room and loved being able to close the room's wood sliding door! I will say that this is one of the nicest owners to work with - he sent me a list of restaurants and always responded super promptly to all of our questions. There are tons of awesome places to eat and coffee shops (even Bad Ass Coffee is nearby). Checking in and out was a breeze!!! We will go back again and are seriously missing it! Thank you Braas family for making our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend #302!!!

  The location was excellent. Very quiet and relaxing. We felt very safe and the staff were always available to answer questions about things to do. The property was clean, all appliances were spotless; the decor was perfect, very fun and 'beachy'. What you see in the pictures are exactly what you get! It was great! Very comfortable! Being right on the beach was fantastic and the view from the balcony was like a postcard everyday! Very close to Walmart, Destin Commons Mall, Outlet Mall, movie theater and great restuarants. Favorite places to eat were The Boathouse and Dewey Destins (the older one). Great atmosphere at both places and you are right on the water. We went parasailing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and Harbor Walk is full of fun shops and night spots. They also do fireworks on Thursday evenings there (times may be seasonal). I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. In fact, we are already starting to talk about when we are going back! My advice....GO!

  Crystal Dunes #302 was great! It was just as pictured and described. Anything you could possibly need or want is nearby - shopping of all kinds, dining, spas, adventures for your stay such as rentals of all types (boats, scooters, bikes, parasailing, snorkling, etc). The condo and entire complex was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The view from the condo and the private beach were amazing! We would definitely recommend this for your stay and will probably return ourselves.

  Our family was excited to make it back to Destin, FL and this condo made it worth the trip! It had been about 5 years since our family last went to Destin and this condo was perfect. The location was ideal. This part of Crystal Beach was great and the 3rd floor added a nice view of the beach.The condo itself was very clean and the condo was well stocked. The building Crystal Dunes was also very clean as you could see how well the staff took care of the property. At Crystal Dunes each condo unit will have 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting on them at the beach every morning...easy to relax. The owner was terrific, very accommodating, and readily available! Our family could not have asked for more. When the last day came around we were not ready to have to leave as it was a home away from home. We will be back, hopefully next year. Thanks for sharing your beach home.

  Thanks for letting us share your beautiful condo. It was as advertised- exceptionally clean and well furnished. Everything about it was first class. The furniture, beds, kitchen items, and HDTV's were nothing but the best. All staff and beach set up crew were wonderful to us, and answered any questions we had. It is a great condo and has the best location in Destin, located close to the State park, yet not far from Hwy. 98 and all the shopping you would want or need. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is superb at any time of day. We watched dolphins swim by every day, some amazingly close to shore! We would definitely love to return again- this was our best Florida vacation ever!

  Excellent condo. We had a great time and the weather was perfect. We have stayed at several condos at Crystal Dunes and by far this was one of our favorites. It was well equipped in the kithen, we cook in every night and it was great. The accommodations as far as the bedrooms were perfect. Would stay here again.
