The den has a beautiful custom convertible couch that changes into a queen size bed with a flat screen. There is a laundry room in the unit with a washer and dryer. The bathroom is fitted with a jet tub/shower with marble walls and floors with European cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances such as sub-zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc... with granite counter tops. Other amenities include DVD Player, Cable and DSL. The views are incredible on the double wide balcony over looking south Florida.
It is situated in the prestigious "The Beach Club" Condominium. The condominium has a beautiful pool with a hot tubs, pool side bar and cafe, fitness center with spa, cabana boys for beach assistance with valet parking.
