This ideally located for Roger Williams, Linden Place and Blithewold weddings furnished weekly rental comes furnished with full linens towels and sheets included. Has Historic character throughout and has a skylit magnificent full kitchen and whirlpool bath and dual sink in main bathroom. Wi-Fi available and has washer dryer stack no coin op.
The $1250 includes a $50 cleaning fee which is retained upfront with the $500 nonrefundable deposit on a weekly rental. Some weekends available also at $700. The property sleeps 8 with 2 on foldout couch.
Small house pets ok, and no loud parties or unregistered guests. Perfect for a Blithewold wedding or Linden Place wedding stay also RWU families also welcome.

The weekend rate is $700 and both rentals have a $250 security deposit and a $75

Why the Owner Chose Bristol
I am a Roger Williams University Alumnus and I love the East Bay and currently serve on the Board of the East Bay Chamber and the advisory commitee to the school of business at RWU.
The Unique Benefits at this House
You can walk to all of the attractions and bike to the East Bay bikepath. Not to mention the glorious smells from neighboring restaurants will permeate the air and lead you to some of the hidden gems of New England including the Nationally spotlighted Dewolfe tavern, my favorite Bars Aiden's Irish pub and Redlefsen's which are quite special or have a coffee and something at the Beehive or maybe an intimate Italian dinner at Roberto's two doors down.

We love our little town of Bristol and highly recomend starting your day at the Bristol Bagel shop. Then maybe some biking on the East Bay bike path behind the house where we like to take it all the way Colt State Park and when in season we stop into Coggeshall farm: then we make it back to town and fish off the town docks or take the ferry to Prudence Island. After that do lunch at Aidans Irish pub on the deck. Afterward we walk home then have a few drinks on the porch maybe a nap then join friends two houses away for dinner at Roberto's intimate Italian restaurant or cook at home and invite friends.
