Our stylish four bedroom two bathroom suite sits on Orchard Street in the heart of the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The area surrounding the apartment is filled with tons of local flavor and neighborhood charm, and quiet tree lined streets. Lincoln Park, DePaul University, boutique shops, a number of wonderful restaurants, and bars on Lincoln Avenue are all within a short walk of the apartment. We are conveniently located near a number of bus lines, as well as the Red, Brown & Purple Line trains, that can take you to downtown or Wrigley Field in a matter of minutes! The location is so great that you do not need to bring a car, but if you do, we offer a private parking spot directly in front of the building!
This spacious apartment has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus an in unit washer and dryer (which can be very useful after a long day at the beach or at Wrigley field!). The kitchen and dining areas are very spacious large and perfect for family gatherings or meals. The open floor plan in the living room makes this an ideal location for larger groups, especially with the flat screen TV mounted on the wall! The décor is professionally done in a colorful and contemporary design, with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area to boot. The unit offers complimentary wireless internet, cable TV, private parking and much more! We also have another 4 bedroom unit in the same building that can sleep an additional 9 guests!
