Everything was handled in a professional, yet friendly, manner. We are very happy we stayed here and will do so again if the opportunity arises.

  • Loved staying here! So many amenities offered from the spacious well equipped, and clean condo to the proximity to the fabulous Hermosa Beach and Pier. A short and interesting walk.......as there are so many fun things to see and do on the way. We especially enjoyed the concerts on the beach, offered many weekend evenings during the summer. A beautiful, shaded green belt which winds through the town is right across from the complex, and is perfect for jogging or just a leisurely stroll. This condo is a great place to just kick back and relax, or enjoy the Hermosa scene from it's lazy days on the beach to it's energetic and exciting night life. We definitely plan to return as often as possible.

  • Great vacation rental! The condo is large, clean, and well maintained. All the basics are there. Plenty of beach equipment, well stocked, right down to coffee and tea. The location is central to Pier, shops, dining, and beach. Thank you Rich for your attention to details.

    When this property became available we were amazed at the endless amenities due to its great location. The property is centered in Hermosa Beach with access to hundreds of restaurants, shops, bars, yet the property location itself is very quiet and peaceful. The densely wooded Greenbelt which stretches for miles and miles is literally right outside the front door. It is great for a morning stroll or a jog and it leads right to pier. You will never need to move your car once from its parking spot for the entire vacation.
