This unit has been recently updated. It has new carpeting in the living room, both bedrooms and the walk-in closet. We have put new valances in the kitchen and the second bedroom. New bed coverings in both bedrooms enhance the overall appearance of the unit. There is tile in kitchen, hallway, and dining area with new rugs. We have also purchased new furniture for the living room. A new sofa sleeper sleeps 2. A new coffee table, 2 end tables, lamps, and TV stand has greatly improved the comfort of the main living area in the unit. This a spacious unit with approximately 1050 sq. ft. I am a retired School Administrator in Wisconsin. I also have been an owner of housing for University students in Stevens Point, WI. I live with my wife in Plover, WI., a Village just south of Stevens Point. We have two grown daughters and two grandchildren. I have been a President of our local Apartment Association, and a Homeowners President of a condo complex in Door County for the last 11 years. Have been involved in many community activities in our village for many years.

Fort Walton Beach is a beautiful area for vacationing. The Gulf of Mexico, without question has most beautiful beaches in the world. Its sugar white sand cannot be compromised anywhere you might vacation. It is a place where we may spend time in our retirement years.
