Welcome to Hermosa Palms, a gated and guarded community. Completed in March 2009, this home offers 5,000 square feet of living space. There are four very large bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. Each room comes equipped with a 32" flat panel TV, DVD and VCR. Cable TV and wireless Internet are also included. One hundred steps from the front door will lead you to a HUGE community pool which backs up to the Pacific ocean. There is also a small soaking pool in the backyard if you prefer to stay at home. The third floor deck is very large and offers views of the mountains and ocean. It is a great place to kick back and relax.
If you're family oriented this community is very "kid" friendly. The turtle preserve is just up the road and there are lots of Iquanas, Frogs and Macaws for their "I Spy" pleasure. If talking to monkeys is their thing take the one hour ride to Manual Antonio National Park, you will not be sorry. For those of you who just want to veg out, you won't be sorry either. Lounge chairs are situated at the pool and on the beach. The breezes cannot be beat and the sunsets are spectacular. It's a surfers paradise as well. One kilometer from "The Tree" and if you're a surfer you'll know what I'm talking about.
A large majority of the residents in Hermosa Palms live there full time. Many nationalities are represented and most folks are bilingual. So, if you don't speak the language there is always someone to help you out. The nationals are so friendly but I guess that's what happens when you live in paradise. Seeing is believing. Pura Vida (Pure Life) as the Costa Ricans say.

This special development is a private paradise right on the Pacific Ocean. The gated guarded community has everything nature has to offer and always friendly people to meet. See the macaws flying by or eating in the almond trees. I built here because it is one of the nicest vacation communitys in the WORLD.
