Bad knees? No problem, for it is merely a few small steps into the front door. Easy, free, plentiful parking right in front and one carport space in the rear. You will find yourself on one of Ocean City’s most desirable, beautiful, owner-occupied streets.
Only five houses to one of Ocean City’s greatest beaches. Stroll to the beginning of the 2.5-mile boardwalk, or join the bikers on the bike path nearby. A block away is a family restaurant and ice cream parlor.
The gorgeously appointed kitchen finished in blue granite that features a lighted island will wow you! A white coral chandelier hangs over the dining room table while French doors onto the deck invite you to enjoy your morning coffee. Entertain with beautiful serving pieces that decorate the shelves and are left for your use. Washer and dryer are hidden in a room off the kitchen.
The living room is a serene blue with white wainscoting and beautiful, original art hanging on the walls. Fresh flowers and palms compliment shell pillows. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper. There is also a darling children’s’ corner. Leave the linens and towels at home because we have supplied them to keep with the beautiful jewel colors of the cottage.
Three ample bedrooms have seashore and elegant island themes in colors of turquoise, pale yellow, coral and ocean green. Unique tile and glass bathrooms complete the scene.
Six beach tags are included for your use as is a private enclosed outside shower after a day of sun and sea. Cable and wireless connections are included. A rental lease agreement will be mailed (or E-mailed) to you. The signed lease and 50% of the rental payment is due within 7 days to reserve your week. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to occupancy. A $500 Security Deposit is required. Check-in time is after 2:00 PM Saturday and Check-out is 10:00 AM the following Saturday

We just finished spending a great vacation week in Ocean City at this Gold Coast Jewel! This home is immaculate with beautiful wooden floors, tasteful beach decor, a wonderful granite kitchen, lovely screened in porch and great outside shower. Jim and Molly are perfect hosts and thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable from local coupons and newspapers, to fresh flowers to a delicious pitcher of ice tea waiting in the refrigerator. We have three children under 5 and the location and amenities were perfect for our needs. We feel lucky to have found this property!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful week in an absolutely wonderful home. The owners go way beyond what you expect of a typical shore rental. Furnishings, linens and even kitchenware are what you would find in a well appointed home. We didn't even want to go out for dinner as it was such a pleasure to cook in the kitchen. The front porch was a great place to relax and read or for the kids to play. We really appreciated that there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys. In all, the location is great--very close to beach, short trolley ride to boardwalk, near bike path and fairly close to playground--and the home itself is just made for relaxing. The owners could not have been more gracious with providing plenty of info on Ocean City and a daily paper; there was even a pitcher of iced tea waiting for us in the fridge! Thank you Jim and Molly for making our stay so thorouhly enjoyable.
