Our beautiful, luxurious townhouse is back in the short term rental market after a two year hiatus. To meet our own higher standards, last year we replaced the refrigerator with a larger model and this year we have upgraded or replaced several items. To begin with a new living room set replaces the lumpy sofa, love seat, and glass tables. Next we upgraded the old stove that had sinking burners with a ceramic-top self cleaning oven (don't worry, special cleaning products are supplied). Finally, we installed a heavy duty, large capacity washer/dryer that takes FULL loads of laundry!
For those of you who must stay in contact with your office or for those who just want to stay in touch with family and friends bring your laptop because we offer FREE WI-FI and FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLING. Don't have Wi-Fi? We have several CAT 5 cables for you to use. However, we don't guarantee the cables will fit your particular laptop.
In the kitchen you will find not only the usual pots, pans, etc. but also a toaster oven, slow cooker, grill pans, and all sorts of gadgets. A waste disposal is located in the sink.
The Master Bedroom and Junior Master Bedroom both have their own baths. The first floor bathroom has a 3 drawer cabinet for additional storage and a matching hamper. All bathrooms have shower caddies and at least two set of towels. Two hairdryers are provided for your use. All linens, blankets, sheets, and pillows are supplied. Two (2)Pack-N-Play port-a-cribs and a 3 positioned booster seat/highchair are located on the second floor for your baby.
For your entertainment we have board games, books, a variety of balls, tennis rackets, pool toys, Swimmies for the little ones, and ponchos in case of rain.
We're in building 12 which is just a short walk to the clubhouse and pool. In the clubhouse you can join the "Snowbirds" in the lobby for a game of cards, check the weather or the stock market (if you dare!) in the lounge, grab a cup of coffee from the kitchen, workout in the gym, watch a movie in the theater, or take the kids to the game room. Outside you can relax in a rocking chair on the lanai overlooking the pool or in a lounge chair on the deck overlooking the lake. The clubhouse pool is open from 7AM to 10PM so you can go swimming day or night. For the more ambitious, you can join some of the many people who walk, jog, or run throughout the complex. Or get a group together for basketball, tennis, or volleyball.
If you are still looking for excitement, all the theme parks are located 10-30 minutes away. There are many beaches on both the east and west coast, the nearest is only 1 hour away. A visit to Kennedy Space Center is well worth the trip. Did you know that Florida is the home of the first winery in the United Stated (or so we've been told)? Lakeridge Winery in Clermont, a 40 minute ride, features art and jazz on many weekends. Spend an afternoon at Tohopekaliga Lake and Park or take a trip to the Keys. There is so much to do you will never get bored!

Why the Owner Chose Venetian Bay Villages
We chose to purchase our townhouse in this area after several of our friends purchased units here. It's close proximity to the airport, theme parks, shopping malls, golfing, fishing, and wineries make this a decision we've never regretted. Having enough room for our family to visit is one of the biggest advantages for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
My husband's favorite ritual is getting up in the morning and walking to the pool for his daily exercise of 30 minutes worth of laps. Being close to the pool makes the ritual even better. I love that we've upgraded the stove and washer/dryer this year. I no longer struggle with a "sinking" range top and I can now do full loads a laundry - a real time saver! We now have a new Publix supermarket minutes away in case we need to get something in a hurry.
Movies, CVS, Kohl's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bonefish Grill, Chili's, BJ's Brewhouse are among the stores and restaurants located in the Loop.

Tony and Lenore live in New York but always go to Florida during the winter months. With two grandsons who love everything Disney and other family members living in southern Florida, Venetian Bay Villages was the ideal spot for us.

The space was just right to spread out between bedrooms and not have to hear noise from the TVs in each teenager's room when we were relaxing there. Mostly we were sightseeing, and the directions were easy to follow to find the condo and find everything else. It is very convenience to all tourist areas. The property is well maintained.

This is the perfect rental for anyone looking to have a great vacation! The unit is extremely clean and spacious. It is perfect for everyone from families to adults looking to get away. It has all the comforts of home but is literally minutes from anything and everything. It is a short distance from countless stores and restuarants as well as the parks. We stayed at the condo for a Disney vacation and could not have been closer. Lenore and Tony were wonderful to book through and always available if you needed them. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to vacation in the Orlando area, especially those with families or children. I look forward to booking with Tony and Lenore again next year!

We stayed the week after Christmas. This home is outstanding. It is very well stocked with anything you may need. This was our Christmas present to our sons and daughter in law. Our daughter in law had never been to Disney and this home made her experience very enjoyable. It is close to Disney, local attractions and any kind of food eatery you may want. The owners are AWESOME!!! Lenore is so delightful and easy to work with. I would recommend this home to anyone!!! We can't wait to go back.

We absolutely loved this home. We stayed here the week after Christmas! It is an awesome place to stay. Very clean, well maintained and you have everything you need. The pool was great. When we were there it reached record lows in temperature but the pool was nice and warm! It is close to Disney, eats and anything you would need. Can't wait to book this home again.

We stayed here on a trip to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal and some sight seeing around Orlando. The owner was top notch and very accomodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a party of 6 and the townhouse was perfect for us with plenty of room. We cooked our own meals and enjoyed all the amenities including the pool and basketball courts. We will definitely try to book hear again on our next trip to Orlando.

Just returned from our trip to Florida staying at Lenore & Tony's townhome at Venetian Bay Villages on Sept 11, 2010 and couldn't have been more happy with the accommodations. We have two teenagers (boy 18 yrs, and girl 16 yrs) and have found in the past that staying in a hotel room with 2 queen beds presents a bit of a problem. Staying at the townhome was perfect as they each had the comforts of their own bedrooms and bathrooms (not to mention the TV's in each of the rooms they were staying in). The place was very clean and had all the comforts of home from the washer/dryer (great if you're staying longer than 1 week which we did) to the full size fridge so that you could stock it with drinks/ food and freezer items. It would definately be comfortable for 2 families to stay as it is quite roomy. The Venetian Bay Village staff were very friendly & helpful and we felt very secure with the guards at the front gate (who also were friendly & helpful as well). The location was perfect for all the attractions that we visited (most within 20-30 min and approx 1 hr & 20 min to the east coast) and Lenore & Tony's information of the area were very helpful. Will definately recommend their place to family & friends and if we ever get back to Florida would stay again! Thanks so much Lenore and Tony we had a great family vacation!

We stayed at this resort for my birthday weekend with some of my close friends. The condo had plenty of space; was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything we needed was a couple of minutes away: Grocery store, Mini Golf, Outlet malls, restaurants, etc. The drive to Disney using the back roads is really fast. We absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay at the Vuolo's condo again!

Our three grandchildren, ll, 8, and 2 1/2, along with their parents, spent a glorious Christmas holiday with their grandparents at the Vuolo's townhouse. It was a wonderful home away from home. We loved our Christmas tree in the downstairs living room and the grands were happy to know that Santa stopped in Orlando for them. I was extremely pleased with the communication from Mrs. Vuolo. She answered all of my emails immediately and provided very useful information about anything I asked. She even answered a text I inadvertently sent to her regarding Disney parks information :-). I loved knowing that she was just a phone call or email away since I made all of the plans from California. I would certainly recommend their warm home to others. The boys enjoyed the pool after our long days at the parks (the energy of the young). Everyone in the Venetian Bay community was very nice and helpful. We were so pleased with our whole process of renting the Vuolo condo that we have recommended stays there to several friends and family. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the property and condo itself was well worth it! The owners were more than willing to answer any and all questions even during our stay. Everything was well planned out and to not have to worry about that part of our trip was great! We enjoyed the amenities and all that there was to offer there at the condos and around the area. It may have a bit further to Walt Disney World, but for the price it did not bother us to travel and extra few minutes! We appreciate all of the communication from the owners, that spoke volumes that they were so readily available. Definitely a vacation that was enjoyed much more with this condo! Thanks to the Vuolo family!

Lenore and Tony, thank you so much for the use of your condo for our Disney Vacation. The unit was great and it was nice to be able to come back from a long day at the parks and feel at home. We could never have found as great of a rate for 2 hotel rooms to fit our family of 7. You really helped make our vacation more fun and memorable.
