This brand new home was completed in 2009 and is located at 1283 Snapper Lane in Ocean Lakes Campground.
This property was designed for the renter that is looking for hours of comfort and relaxation. This property sleeps 10. The first floor contains a large kitchen/living room with a large flat screen TV. There is also a half bath located in this area. One of the master bedrooms is located on the first floor and has its own full bath and large walk-in closet. The second floor contains 2 bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. The second floor also have another master suite that contains its own bathroom and sitting area. The sitting area has a chair,table and a queen sofa bed. All beds in this property are queen sized. All bedroom floors are hardwood and all other areas are ceramic tile. Televisions are located in living room and all bedrooms. A washer & dryer are located on the first floor. There is an outside private shower that provides hot and cold water.
We rent only to persons 25 years and older. The renter must remain during the entire rental contract. We require a $200 deposit to confirm your rental and your full rental amount is due 30 days before your rental time begins. We require all renters to clean house before depature. We will refund your deposit when the property is checked for any damage or cleanliness. No smoking and no pets. We do not provide linens.
Vehicles must be checked-in with ocean lakes. Ocean lakes charges $5 per night for each vehicle upon arrival. Golf carts may be rented from Ocean Lakes or you may bring your own. They require a nightly fee and proof of insurance.
Ocean lakes is a securely gated and private community. They offer putt-putt, arcade, indoor & outdoor pools, and many year round activities. This area offers activities for everyone.

We have stayed at this home for two years consecutive and am hoping to stay again this year. This is a beautiful home and is well equipped for all your needs. The home is always very clean upon arrival. The owners, Warren and Elizabeth have been helpful in answering any questions we might have. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.
