This exceptional home is situated on a hilltop in a valley only a mile or so from popular Manchester Center, with its famous Equinox Hotel, designer outlets, gourmet restaurants, and golf courses and is conveniently near Stratton, Bromley and other well known ski areas. The house itself is beautifully furnished in antique quality Stickley and Moser furniture with wooden floors and ceilings and windows everywhere to take in the stunning mountain views.
One is greeted with a massive fieldstone fireplace in the main great room, an absolutely fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining areas. This opens onto a window-filled living room with still another large wood burning hearth. A sprawling wooden deck surrounds the house and features a hot tub and delux gas grill. The upstairs master suite has a fireplace, Jacuzzi, steam shower, and outdoor balcony perfect for breakfast or evening cocktails.
There is a self-contained living area on the lower level with its own kitchen big screen TV with Wii play station full bath and laundry. This opens out to a separate patio with grill and outdoor fireplace.

We had a great time in Manchester Center celebrating the marriage of my sister in law in Oct 2011. The house was the perfect headquarters for the Mother of the Bride, her children and grandchildren. Everything that you need is provided by the owners (sheets, towels, paper products, kitchen gear, etc) so that you can just show up and relax. The house is beautiful as is the location. The bedrooms were very comfortable as well. We had some minor plumbing issues that were addressed right away by the owner. All in all - it was a great weekend! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!
