French doors lead to a 12x24 raised deck with lots of comfortable seating - swivel rockers, chaise lounge, glass table with chairs. Redwood picnic table with benches, Adirondack chairs, and hammock overlook the water.
House sits only 25 feet from water at one point on a flat, treed 1/2 acre. Rocky ledge abuts the water. Dock & large float for swimming, fishing or tying off your boat. Cove is tidal, but you have a larger boat you can anchor it in deep water within view & use our row-boat to get back & forth. Rental of kayaks/canoes is available in town.
Our TV is an HDTV widescreen with cable and DVD player. Pick up videos just 15-minutes away. Bring your laptop - we have wireless internet access.
Sorry - no pets. No smoking in the house.
