With 3000 square feet of space, this house has room for a great family vacation, whether you are planning a wedding, reception, family reunion or just a relaxing Las Vegas visit. It has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have queen size beds; the 5th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master suite has a large tub and 2 large closets.
The family room features a gas fireplace and has a large screen TV with cable access. Kitchen is full-service with built-in microwave; stove, dishwasher, refrigerator; all necessary equipment and small appliances. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room.
The outdoor pool and jacuzzi can comfortably be used from May-October. Gas heating of the jacuzzi can be arranged at an additional cost of $25 per day. The pool is heated by solar and has a solar pool cover but will be too cool to use after October and before May. A large covered patio and a spacious backyard make outdoor events easy to do. A gas grill is available.
NOTE OF CAUTION: Both back doors open directly onto the patio and there is no barrier between the patio and the pool so if children are present, adult supervision is essential!
Gaming activities are available at several neighborhood casinos within 3-5 miles. The Las Vegas strip is only 11 miles away and with easy access to US 95 which connects to I-15, you can be at any of the major casinos within minutes.

PayPal. A deposit of 1/2 the rental amount is required to
hold a reservation. Balance due 2 weeks prior to check in,
along with a $500 security deposit ($350 of which is refundable
if the house is left in good condition)

We have lived in Las Vegas for more than 30 years. We love it!! The city has so much to offer - from elegant dining and fabulous shows to scenic outdoor adventures. We love to travel and are pleased that we can share a great house that will allow our visitors to enjoy Las Vegas in the same way we do.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We had an opportunity to buy this house at a good price. Our initial plan was to move into it but our circumstances changed and we decided we did not need that much room. We really liked the house and decided to use it as a vacation rental for a few years and possibly make it our main home later.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Large backyard with pool make entertaining a breeze. Several of our guests have had their weddings in the backyard under the large tree. The covered patio is perfect for tables and provide sufficient room for receptions and family reunions. Relaxing in the family room using the spacious sectional sofa and watching our favorite shows on the large screen tv is always fun.
