At Moab Springs Ranch, you will enter a shady Oasis with flowing water, huge trees and a spacious grassy campus. A hammock in our Private Park has your name on it! Unit 12 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with a sleeping loft, and sleeps up to 10 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bed, the loft has three twin beds, and the sofa in the great room makes into a double bed.
The kitchen is full size and fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dinnerware. The covered patio off the great room has an electric grill and patio table with chairs.
The unit has a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a TV with DVD player. The washer and dryer are full size. There is a covered patio off each bedroom.
The oversized two car garage is just right for "gear". And, did I mention this unit has a fire pole? Yup, a fire pole from the loft to the great room!
Nightly lodging rates in season are $310 - $330 per night plus tax.
