Our condo is on the 6th floor and features beautiful coastline views of the Gulf. It features 2 bedrooms plus a bunk room and pullout with two full baths. The open floor plan allows for beautiful, sun-filled views from almost every room in the unit.
The kitchen/living area and the master bedroom both overlook the Gulf, and both areas open to the private balcony. Interior features include dual sinks, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower in the master bath as well as 9 foot ceilings, granite kitchen and bath countertops, cultured marble tubs, and tile throughout the common area.
At Splash, you will find a complete fun-filled vacation without having to leave this property, which features a lazy river, an aquatic play area for toddlers, a "dive in" movie theater, a mini arcade, and an on-site water park feature with slides, shooting water toys, and a giant water tipping bucket! All of these activities are included in your rental price, so nobody will be asking you to pay extra for any of this family fun. Splash stays true to its name with its water park themed atmosphere. And of course, all of this is located directly on the beautiful Emerald waters of the Gulf.

We have never seen a development that keeps our kids as busy and as happy as the water park themed play area for our oldest and the toddler splash pad for our youngest. With our busy, spending a week or even a few days at Splash reminds us of how much fun a family can have together in the right atmosphere. Our kids LOVE the water-themed play areas, running on the beach, and the occasional exciting Dolphin sighting from the private Gulf front balcony. The bunk beds are a huge hit with our oldest, and the unit gives us plenty of room to have friends join us in the fun.
