Our home is on the 6th floor and features beautiful coastline views of the Gulf. The kitchen/living area and the master bedroom both overlook the Gulf, and both areas open to the private balcony. Interior features include dual sinks, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower in the master bath as well as 9 foot ceilings, granite kitchen and bath countertops, cultured marble tubs, and tile throughout the common area.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have never seen a development that keeps our kids as busy and as happy as the water park themed play area for our oldest and the toddler splash pad for our youngest. Between playing on the beach and splashing through the pools in sunny weather, and spirited games of air hockey in the mini-arcade or shopping and eating at Pier Park on those few days when it rains, there is always plenty to do. And when the kids are sleeping, nothing says "unwind" for the adults like some quiet time on the private balcony with spectacular views overlooking the Gulf.

With our busy schedules, spending a week or even a few days at Splash reminds us of how much fun a family can have together in the right atmosphere. Our kids LOVE the water-themed play areas, running on the beach, and the occasional exciting Dolphin sighting from the private Gulf front balcony. The bunk beds are a huge hit with our oldest, and the unit gives us plenty of room to have friends join us in the fun.

My family stayed in your unit 603W 10/10/09 - 10/17/09 and had a wonderful time. After reading reviews on SPLASH we were apprehensive. However we found it to be everything we hoped for and more. It was a fantastic week. Thanks for sharing your unit with us.

This is a great condo, especially if travelling with kids. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I felt comfortable allowing the baby to sit and play on the floor. We all enjoyed eating meals on the balcony while enjoying the ocean view. The kids were too tired to fight over who would sleep on the top bunk after a full day of playing in the fun pool areas as well as on the beach! We can't wait to go back again.

This condo is simply awesome. The condo is very clean and well furnished for a family vacation. Being on the 6th floor is a great balance between view and taking the kids to the beach/pool.
