Great unit for large families! 2642 square feet! Will accommodate 10-15 people! There are five bedrooms, and we have two large futons, and one small one for other sleeping options!
This slope side townhome has vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, and is just a half-block walk to the Snowflake Lift. The town shuttle also stops out front for easy access to the Peak 9 lifts and downtown. This townhome is well decorated and is very comfortable for larger groups. It is an end unit, featuring 3 decks, in-floor radiant heat and log accents. In addition to the private outdoor hot tub, every bedroom also features a TV. The heated one-car garage is a nice amenity also.
The townhome includes a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, heated garage, and a private hot tub.
Living Room: Open area, nice sitting areas with new furniture! Nice warm fireplace! Big Screen TV, surround sound, WI-FI. Outdoor deck with great views! Relax!
Dining Room: Will seat up to ten people....other seats at the kitchen bar! Great for gatherings!

Next Floor Down: Master has king size bed, full private bath, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, private seating area with flat screen TV, DVD, two full cozy chairs (great for watching movies), surround sound, and full closet, with deck outside.

Why the Owner Chose Elk Ridge
We loved the location, close to town and ski lifts. The area is beautiful. Skiing is incredible in the winter season, the weather in the summer is perfect! We have the best of both seasons!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Depending on which time of year you come, of course skiing in the winter, hiking and mountain biking in the summer. White water rafting is great in the summer! Also provides a wonderful place to simply un-wind and relax. There are some great eating places here as well.
You can rent skis and buy lift tickets here. Generally you will receive discounts if you tell them you are coming from Elk Ridge. This is about a three minute walk for the town home.
You can rent bikes in the summer, or rent skis here as well. Generally you will receive 10% off.
This is walking distance. Ten to fifteen minutes depending on walking speed. Main street has numerous restaurants.

We had a great time. This condo is in an excellent location. Two minute walk to snowflake lift, which will put you anywhere on the mountain. Ten minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. Great views from the back of the house. Hot tub is great after a day of skiing/snowboarding
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My family and I stayed here right after Christmas. The space is great. Everyone had their own bedroom. It was a great location with the snowflake lift just a 5 minute walk down the street. We could all ski and return to the condo when we were ready. The condo was also extremely clean and well taken care of. Thanks!!!

The temps and weather was great. We toured the major roads in and out of Breckenridge. We had snow and saw a moose and a fox. The Aspens were turning color and very beautiful. Ollies had the best burger....It was a grand time...

We are so sad to leave but vacation is over. What fun we had and the weather was beautiful. This condo has all you could ask for and more. Plenty of everything in the kitchen - well equipped for a large group. The view form the deck is fantastic. Loved just rockin and lookin. Everyone should check out the "Book of Activities". On the way to Breckenridge we stopped at the Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs. Great and relaxing on the ride form Arizona. Horseback riding, ATV-ing in the mountains, had lunch in Red Cliff while in the mountains. Most exciting was white water rafting. You will not be board, so much to do. The condo is extremely comfortable.

It was so nice to escape the Texas heat for two weeks! We had 12 people, and they fit perfectly in this lovely condo. Bike trip form Vail pass to Frisco was fantastic.Go-cart riding at Copper mountain, and free concerts in Vail were great! White water rafting in Buena Vista was great! $2 burgers at Ollies in Breckenridge. ATV tour (non-guided) was so much fun! Hate to leave this beautiful place!

What a fabulous weekend! It was a birthday celebration. Had a great day of skking and shopping. Delicious dinner at Blue River Bistro (although we don't reccomend the pork). It was a perfect kick off to the holiday splash! We will be back to this beautiful townhouse! Mel and Christy

I could not have been more pleased in this home and its location. It is a block away from the ski lift and ski rentals which was very convenient for myself and my friends. The home is beautiful and the jacuzzi was perfect after a day of skiing! I will definitely rent this home again in the future!
