This fully furnished home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with an open floor plan that joins the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The gourmet style kitchen includes beautiful granite counter-tops, cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, cooking utensils and a breakfast bar with five comfortable bar stools. The dining area features a square pub-style dining set, which will seat up to six comfortably. Outside the hallway door, you’ll find plenty of parking inside the air conditioned 43 foot boat-deep garage, with additional RV parking and hook-ups just outside.
The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, master bathroom with open shower, tub and dual sinks, huge walk-in closet and large patio access doors. Bedroom two includes a queen sized bed, sliding mirror-door closet, private bathroom with shower, sink and patio access door. Bedroom three includes a queen sized bed, sliding mirror-door closet with the bathroom, tub, shower and sink just outside the room down the hall. All rooms come furnished with bedding linens, dressers, lamps, alarm clocks and ceiling fans. Linens are also provided for all the bathrooms.
After your full day of activities, whether it’s out on the lake, visiting the Indian Casino, shopping at the new mall, or just out having fun in the desert, come home and relax to a 52” high definition plasma television with cable-vhs-dvd. Also, watch the clear-crisp mountain views as the sun rises from the front of the home, or see the dramatic sunsets off the lake from the rear. At night be prepared for a serene celestial show in the heavens, one advantage of being away from the city lights. So, come on down, roll out the barbeque and have some fun in beautiful Lake Havasu City.
