This is a 5BR, 3BA currently under construction, 2 story beach house on stilts located only 200 ft from the ocean.
This will be a top of the line house with ceramic tile throughout, granite countertops, and elegant decor. To see my personal house for similar decor, you can go to vrbo #236728. Expected completion date sometime in May. Available for rent June 1, 2012.
Just a short walk and you are at the beach. There will be 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 bunk beds.
There will be flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and in the den and one outside. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a charcoal grill provided. A golf cart is provided to take you anywhere you want to go on this 200 acre community within itself which hosts many amenities to make your vacation a special one.
There are lakes for fishing, putt putt, a large pool w/kiddy play area, indoor pool, game room, skateboard area, snack shop, grocery store, gift shop, playground area, and basketball court. This is a great place for the kids to bring their bikes to ride.
I require a $300.00 deposit to reserve. 1/2 of rental amt is due 60 days prior to arrival and the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure, providing nothing is missing or broken and there are no citations on the golf cart.
Departure cleaning, linens and towels are provided.
