This is a 3BR, 2BA beach house located only 200 ft from the ocean. Site #1204
Just a short walk and you are at the beach. The house originally was a camper w/2 BR's, a bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It was later added onto with another bedroom, a den, and a bath. All 3 BR's have double beds.
There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a charcoal grill provided. A golf cart is provided to take you anywhere you want to go on this 200 acre community within itself which hosts many amenities to make your vacation a special one.
There are lakes for fishing, putt putt, a large pool w/kiddy play area, indoor pool, game room, skateboard area, snack shop, grocery store, gift shop, playground area, and basketball court. This is a great place for the kids to bring their bikes to ride.
I require a $200.00 deposit to reserve. 1/2 of rental amt is due 60 days prior to arrival and the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure, providing the house is clean with nothing broken or no missing items.
Linens and towels are not provided.
