This lovely, two-bedroom, two full bath, SECOND-FLOOR, OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM in beautiful Garden City, South Carolina is the ideal beachfront getaway.
You can relax by the pool or on the deck that overlooks the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Located only seven-tenths of a mile from the Garden City Pier, you are conveniently located to any type of activity that you could imagine. Just ten minutes from Myrtle Beach Airport, one and one-half miles to Inlet Square Shopping Mall, two miles to Murrell's Inlet "Restaurant Row", and 15 minutes to Broadway at the Beach, Pavillion, and Palace Theatre.
The roomy, living area is complete with cable TV/VCR/DVD and a queen-size, sleeper couch. The spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer combination. The large, master bedroom (which includes a king-size bed, TV, and connecting full bath) opens to the private balcony. An additional full bath and bedroom with two twin beds provides additional sleeping room.
The private balcony overlooks both the ocean and private deck that is complete with an outdoor, heated pool, gazebo, and charcoal grills. The pool side bathrooms are conveniently located in the lobby along with a lounge and TV room.

I have rented from this gentleman for a few years now and is the best deal on the Beach and and A great person to deal with

This was one of the best condoes that we ever stayed in at gardencity. Place was clean and updated and small and friendy, not crowded. Nice view and lots of parking, would love to come back next year
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
