Numerous golf courses within minutes away for the golfers, famous attractions and theme parks a couple of miles away and for the shoppers, you will find shopping outlet malls 15 minutes drive away. Within this magnificent gated community lies a clubhouse exclusive to guests only which offers outdoor pool, tiki bar, fitness centre, cyber cafe, volleyball court, children's play area and plenty more. This magnificent villa boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a private pool and spa under an oversize lanai. The pool area is south facing and is overlooked by complete greenery which means there is no one overlooking the pool area which gives you total privacy if you are one of the shy sunbathers. With two living areas there is plenty of space for the larger families to relax in great comfort after a hectic day at one of the many attractions.
This accommodation also includes 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and ensuites. One of the master bedrooms is on the ground floor which is ideal for the disabled and has a private patio door leading out to the pool area. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with great furnishing and the other two with two twin beds. There is also a games room with a pool table/air hockey and a table tennis table entertain the adults and the young ones.
Located on a cul-de-sac children can go and play outside and there is minimal traffic passing by. With one formal lounge you can entertain your guests in great style while the kids enjoy the other lounge watching their favorite TV program on the free Cable TV or even play on the PS2 or the Wii console. A nook area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen where young ones can dine.
There is ample of space out by the pool area which part of it is covered by a porch for shade. Also available is a BBQ for all the Al Fresco lovers to enjoy while the kids play in the pool. In fact, this a perfect holiday for the perfect price.

We are a family who live in the UK. We love being outdoors and so we decided to buy a villa in Orlando where the weather is brilliant all year round. We have two boys who love their golf so this was a perfect purchase and every vacation to Orlando is a dream come true for them. They just can't get enough of what Orlando has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Aviana
This villa was the perfect place for us to go on numerous vacations and not get bored. The villa is situated on a very luxurious resort of Aviana which is in Davenport. The resort has their own clubhouse which has numerous amenities such as fitness room, cyber cafe, putting green, children's play area etc which is a bonus. It has 5 bedrooms with a private pool and spa, something we have always wanted to have. It has pool heating which is a huge bonus on some of the not so warm nights. It is only minutes away from all of Orlando's famous attractions such as Disney, Universal, Sea World etc... Championship golf course are only a few miles down the road, 1-4, Florida's most popular highway is just a few minutes from the resort which makes getting to anywhere so convenient. It is an ideal villa for the ideal vacation!!!! We wouldn't have it any other way!!!
