These two bedroom units have a queen bed in each bedroom, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, gas fireplace, private hot tub, private BBQ, cable TV and VCR. There are two double pullout couches in the living area. This unit can sleep 8 people maximum and is approximately 950 square feet.
Kimberley Ridge is located at the base of the ski hill within 2 minutes walking distance to the high speed quad, ski/bike rental shop, restaurant and all other amenities located at the base.
There are four regional golf courses located within close driving distance to Kimberley Ridge and it is also five minutes away from the hiking, biking and cross country ski trail of the 2000 acre Kimberley Nature Park.

Holiday Season Booking Policy
Holiday Season booking policy applies to the dates below:
• Dec 24, 2011 - January 2nd, 2012
• Feb 17th - 26th, 2012
• July 13th, 14th & 15th, 2012
All dates are inclusive.
For Holiday Season bookings, a non refundable deposit of 50% of reservation total is due upon booking. The balance is due within 7 days prior to arrival.
In the event that a Holiday Season cancellation is necessary, we will do our utmost to rebook the unit, and if successful, a refund will be granted. Otherwise we will offer a 50% credit towards a future booking, valid for one year from cancellation date.
If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full, non refundable payment is due upon booking.
Cancellation insurance is recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is VERY conveniently placed on the ground floor of the unit (no tramping up stairs with ski boots on) and we found it quite easy to access the ski runs - just a few steps to the snow, then a zip over to lift lines. (Or you could walk...) The unit was roomy, comfy and clean but the private hot tub on the balcony was the BEST, especially after skiing. The balcony also has a nice view and it has a great BBQ. Tony and Shannon (unit managers) were very helpful too.

We recently returned from a fabulous weekend at this condo in Kimberley. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. There was lots of room for our 2 families with both sets of parents getting their own bedroom and the kids having the upstairs to themselves. We had group with 4 adults and 5 kids and the condo was ideal. The walk to the main lift was very short so we were able to come back to the condo whenever we needed a break from skiing. We all loved the hottub on the back deck. We will be back!
