Enjoy Folly Beach in this beautiful, newly renovated sister unit to 'Designer Rental by the Beach'. Like its sibling, it also features heart pine flooring throughout, a Sony 5.1 Digital Surround Sound Theater with HD DirectTV (featuring a 42' Sony Bravia wall-mounted HDTV and a top-of-the-line Blu Ray/DVD player), Wi-Fi and free long distance calls, all brand new appliances including a Samsung bottom freezer refrigerator and a Frigidaire gas oven/range and dishwasher, tons of natural light, and an eclectic mix of comfortable designer furniture and decor.
The layout is extremely spacious, with the living room, dining area and kitchen area all connecting together without walls. There is a large porch out front, and a small one out back, from which you can see the ocean. A great place to find some solitude.
The unit is located right behind Bert's Market, which is the local 24 hour grocery store, so if you arrive and find you are missing something, odds are Bert's will have it, and you are only footsteps away. (We can also arrange to have your unit PRESTOCKED with groceries. Just mention it.) You are also only one block from Center St., the heart of Folly Beach's commercial district, with a great variety of shopping and delicious food. Don't forget to visit the pier!
Oh, and if you have more than 6 people, but less than 14, you can rent our sister unit we mentioned earlier, 'Designer Rental by the Beach', as well as this unit as 1 collective compound. Both units share a large front porch and together they have 5 bedrooms and sleep a total of 14 people (5 queen beds and 2 bunk beds). Just let us know you're interested in both units when you talk with us!

The owners are great; the place is clean which is perfect since I have asthma/allergies; and everything is nicely decorated to feel homey. Beds & furniture comfortable. High end kitchen. I couldn't think of a better place to stay. Very quick walk to the beach and downtown with your own private parking. Everything you could want. The kids loved the bunk beds. Can't wait to come back again! Thank you so much for everything!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My husband and I rented this unit for some of our friends who came into town. We had an absolute blast, and we would love to rent this unit in the future. I could not have imagined any rental looking as nice and comfortable as this one. It's so convenient to the beach, and having Bert's Market right behind it is perfect! We never had to drive the car because downtown Folly, the beach, and the grocery/convenient store were within close walking distance. We will be staying here next time!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Awesome condo in funky Folly Beach! We just returned from a fabulous week on Folly Beach in this condo. Extremely kid friendly, It was actually cuter than it appeared in the photos with tons of character compared to most rentals. My only complaint is that we arrived on a graduation Saturday and were initially a bit put off by the tons of drunken college kids milling about. Wow!! What a fun place to spend a vacation! The house was newly decorated, clean, and in the best location. We were able to have the convenience of a food store, the beach, and the best restaurants within a comfortable walking distance. We especially enjoyed the covered front deck which was fantastic for spending family time talking/laughing and breathing the fresh beach air. Julia and Omar were great and very accommodating. THANKS for making our last minute rental so easy! We loved our relaxing stay at your beautiful beach house. So many great spaces to spread out and relax in. Perfect Folly beach location, Wonderful decor, Conveniences of wi-fi, washer and dryer, and the supply of beach towels were all great additions! Cancellation policy:
1. INSURANCE: A non-refundable fee of $49 is included in the quote. This fee will be used to purchase damage protection insurance from CSA, a Homeaway affiliate. (www.damageprotection.com) 1. In order to take advantage of damage insurance policy, tenant MUST disclose any damage to the property to Owner prior to scheduled departure date, and must also participate in the claims process to the extent the Owner requires. Failure to do so will forfeit the damage insurance policy, and all damage costs will be assessed to the credit card used to hold the reservation. 2. CLEANING Tenants shall be responsible for any undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the unit immediately subsequent to the Tenants’ departure. A cleaning charge of $25.00 per hour, with a one (1) hour service minimum will be assessed. (This is only if the unit requires additional cleaning above and beyond what the normal $100 cleaning fee covers.) 3. DAMAGE CHARGE Any damage charges incurred by the Tenants not covered by CSA insurance shall be assessed to the credit card used to hold the reservation. 4. REFUNDS All sales are final. No refunds will be given for cancellations. v. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE 1. CHECK-IN Check-in time is 4pm on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation begins. No early check-ins absent prior consent of Owners. Upon arrival, Tenants will be given their key(s) and gate access card(s) (if needed), as well as any special instructions or updates that may be applicable to the Unit. 2. CHECK-OUT Check-out time is 12pm on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation ends. Any delay in check-out, absent prior consent of Owners shall result in Tenants being charged for another night’s stay. vi. USE & ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY 1. USE OF PREMISES Tenants shall only use the Premises as a residence. The premises shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade, without prior written consent of Owner. Tenants will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use of the premises. 2. PARKING Each unit has 2 reserved parking spots. Any additional vehicles will need to find parking on the street. 3. QUIET ENJOYMENT Tenants shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right, as long as tenants do not interfere with those rights of other tenants. 4. ROOFTOPS Tenant's are not permitted to walk upon any accessible rooftops. Failure to comply will result in an immediate breach of this contact, forfeiture of any monies paid, and Tenants will be forced to vacate. 5. SMOKING Units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside, only. 6. ALCOHOL Alcohol is permitted anywhere on the premises, provided Tenant's responsible use of it. 7. PETS Pet's are not allowed in the units at any time; no exceptions. 8. FURNISHINGS & LINENS The units are furnished and equipped by the Owner to owner’s taste. All units are set up for light housekeeping. All paper goods and cleaning products must be provided by tenants, except for the following included in the unit: 1. All linens are provided: sheets, bath towels, beach towels, dish cloths, etc. We try to have at least one (1) roll of toilet paper and one (1) roll of paper towels in the unit upon tenant arrival. 9. USE OF GRILLS Grilling is permitted only on concrete driveways and any grills provided with the unit. In addition the grill must be 10ft from the building structure when in use. Grills are not to be used on the back porches or front deck. 10. LOCKED AREAS Areas that are locked, such as Owner’s personal storage spaces, for which Tenants are not provided a key, are off limits to the Tenants. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and Tenants will be liable for any damage and/or missing items. Vii. HOLD HARMLESS 1. Owner attempts to maintain the Units in the best of condition. Owner expresses no guarantees, express or implied, regarding suitability or fit-ability for any particular purpose. Owner does guarantee that appropriate repair and/or replacement will be performed as soon as possible under prevailing circumstances. It is Tenant’s responsibility to immediately notify Owner of any issues that they incur during their stay so that the repair and/or replacement may be promptly taken care of. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences for which Owner has no immediate control. These inconveniences may include, but are not limited to, the following: (i) breakdown of VCR’s, hot tubs, saunas, and/or other recreational appliances or devices; (ii) power outages; (iii) adverse weather and/or road conditions; (iv) construction in the area; and (v) Units that are not decorated and/or accommodated to Tenant’s individual tastes. Owner shall not be held liable, or otherwise take any responsibility, for any injuries that may occur to Tenant, and/or Tenant’s invitee, that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional, unintentional, negligent, or careless acts of said Tenants, and/or invitees. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Owner form any liability and/or responsibility arising there from. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: THIS AGREEMENT, COMBINED WITH ANY AND ALL COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS (IF APPLICABLE) SERVES AS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT. NO ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ARE EXPRESSSED NOR IMPLIED. THIS AGREEMENT SUPERCEDES ANY AN ALL PREVIOUS ORAL AND/OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS AND/OR IMPLIED AGREEMENTS. UPON WRITTEN OR ELECTRONIC ENDORSEMENT, TENANTS AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
