Why the Owner Chose Santa Cruz
After holidaying in Florida for a number of years we finally got the chance to purchase a property there. It was a dream come true and we visit quite a few times a year. The house is so close to all the major attractions while been far enough away for quiet evenings or days at the pool.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is within 5 mins of numerous golf courses and within 10 mins of all the major theme parks and attractions. It has the benefit of a huge pool and a fully equipped games room. There are TV's in all rooms and a play station too.
