17304 Shoals Drive, a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house that can sleep 10, is located in Bridgegate North, Jonathan's Landing, a gated community located in the heart of Jupiter. Jonathan's Landing is the only gated golf and tennis community to have a full service marina with in and out dry storage for vessels up to 40 feet. There are three golf courses for members and a number of lighted Har Tru tennis courts. Construction of a state of the art 9,000 sq. ft. fitness club and spa is in process, expected to be finished during the 2010 season. Bridgegate North is one of 27 different villages on 800 acres of land bordering the Intracoastal Waterway. 17304 Shoals Drive, in Bridgegate, is located on a fresh water canal, and is on a cul de sac. The master suite is on the first floor, There is a 2 car attached garage with a well maintained golf cart on one side. The neighborhood pool is close by and can be used by only the 10 houses in the neighborhood. It is very private. The Club is wonderful, and if you choose to join, you would have with full use of all the facilities, including delicious meals in any one of 3 dining rooms. There also are many golf courses in the area and many other delicious restaurants. The beach is only 1 mile away.
