  This is a very nice unit, If you are looking for clean and well stocked you have found it. We thought this condo was soooo nice with a new bathroom and Kitchen. The shower is very nice. The location is the best and with the beach front and a pier on the property you have everything you need and more. We will be back. Thank you Bonnie!

  My husband and I spent a long weekend in Isle of Palms. Everything in the condo was in great shape and was very clean from recent upgrades. There were plenty of supplies as well (towels, pillows, etc.). The location was great - easy access to Charleston (Patriot's Point, Fort Moultrie as well), beaches, and great restaurants (would recommend RBs, Morgan Creek Grill nearby). It was also incredibly quiet (granted we were there in off season). If you're going with a family or multiple couples, remember this is a small unit (I think another unit in same complex listed as ~400 sqft) and the bunks are in the hallway as built-ins (do have a curtain as well as door to separate from living/kitchen area). Also, if you plan to do a lot of cooking, there weren't any spices, condiments, etc. left from other visitors (which we've seen a lot of at other condos).

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  My husband and I had a wonderful 3 days. It is a beautiful destination with the beach off the deck, close shopping, restaurants. The unit was in "like new" condition. Clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It was obvious that the owner, Bonnie, has put a lot of thought into making her guests feel at home and is readily available by phone or e-mail if you have any questions or concerns. (The ground floor unit was an added bonus as my husband has trouble with stairs and there were minimal steps involved from the parking to the unit.) I would highly recommend this rental.

  HAD ANOTHER GREAT STAY AT ONE OF BONNIE'S CONDOS. THIS ONE HAS BEEN UPDATED AND IS GREAT. THE UPDATED KITCHEN WAS EXTRA NICE AND I REALLY LOVED THE NEW BATHROOM. GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND AS ALWAYS BONNIE IS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND AIMS TO MAKE YOU STAY A GREAT ONE. THANKS AGAIN BONNIE

  My husband, (adult) son, and I were invited to spend Thanksgiving with friends that live in the Isle of Palms. Since they had a house full of family, we decided to find a place to stay close by, just to sleep and shower. As it turned out, we enjoyed spending time in and around the condo, too. It was in a great location, and since the weather was really nice, we walked on the pier and beach and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The kitchen, bath, and floors were all new and it was freshly painted. It was very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Since this was my first time using VRBO, I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! Bonnie was wonderful to work with and was always fast to respond to all of my questions. Everything went very smoothly. For us, this was a perfect fit! Thanks Bonnie! We will back!

  Owner response: Only once can someone be the first and you were the first to stay in the unit after the new kitchen and bath and all the other renovations were completed.   My husband and I stayed a week in this lovely, quiet condo on the beach. It was immaculate, and decorated in a cute fashion with beach themes. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of utensils, dishes, and pans. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the view of the ocean. The two flat screen TVs were brand new! We will be back!

  Our family stayed at this condo for 5 nights, and enjoyed our stay. This is a one bedroom condo, although it was accommodating to the 5 of us. Myself, my husband, 3 children (8 yr old, 4 yr old, and 5 month old) The older children slept great on the bunk beds. These are small bunks, although we had no issues. A sleep rail is supplied, so we used that on the top bunk. Kids loved it! We brought a traveling bed for our youngest.  There were plenty of blankets and pillows, if we needed extra the closet was stocked full. The living room area was adequate space for lounging for us. And the kitchen was completely stocked. The location was perfect for us. You have a private pier, private entrance for the beach, a pool, and walking distance to shops and food. This is a "first floor" condo, although you do have to walk up a few steps. But that should be expected in this area - generally the houses are raised some. If I were to give any negative feedback, it would be that this is an older condo. BUT the pictures are exactly what you get. I should also say that there was beach chairs provided - definitely a bonus for us. We didn't have to pay for them. Also, if you plan on cooking at the condo. There is a supermarket less that 1/4 mile away. PERFECT! Dealing with the owner was great. This was my first VRBO experience, and we were highly impressed. Thanks Bonnie, we loved our stay!!!

  Owner response: Thank you for your nice review of your stay, both in my condo and of the entire complex. I use it frequently and try to make sure that everything a guest needs , except for beach towels, is there. I have scheduled a renovation of the bath and kitchen for November so by December it will be looking brand new. The bunk beds, while narrow, are full length so are great for kids and let the adults use the living room after the chldren are in bed. The queen pull-out sofa bed and easy chair are new and comfortable for seating. These are small units , some 490 square feet in total, but you do have the advantage of being right at the ocean.   Unit old - okay - just adequate space - worn compared to pictures. Very small condo compared to what we've rented at NJ shore for the money. A little disappointed when we arrived to see the place, but it was okay. However, got a bit grossed out as my family fell asleep and I went to bed in the dark- imagine my surprise when I found a blood stain on the pillow case that I was sleeping on that wasn't from us? Yuck. Took me a little while to not be grossed out. Otherwise condo was just okay- not awesome, very worn. Rest of place seemed clean. Unfortunately no washing machine. You can hear upstairs condos with people running/walking upstairs somewhere? This is a 1st floor condo. Lastly area pizza restaurant, good food, but eating outside meant a zillion bug bites, if you do somehow go to this area - use lots of bug spray. An awful lot of bugs compared to what we are used to in NJ. Not sure that we will be back to this place, although owner seems like a nice lady. Sorry cannot be more positive. I think we will stick to the Jersey shore. Will see how the rest of the vacation goes.

  Owner response: I am sorry your vacation to Isle of Palms was not up to your expectations. None of the units in the Sea Cabin have washers and dryers but there is a coin operated laundry on premises for guest use. Linens arrive in sealed packages from a professional linen service so a blood mark on the sheet had to have come from a bug bite received while you were a dinner. No other guest has been anything but very happy with both the unit and with the Isle of Palms/Charleston vacation area.

  What a wonderful place. It is very well equipped, is clean and is most comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, walking on the beach and walking on the pier. It is very close to Patriots Point and Charleston for historic tours. Bonnie we thank you for a memorable vacation. It was great to meet you.
