It features 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. Master bedroom has King, Bedroom #2 has 2 twins, Bedroom #3 has King, Bedroom #4 has 2 oversize bunk-beds which both have pull-out trundles so you can sleep 8 just in this room! We also have plenty of twin size air mattresses and have slept up to 20 in this home. Downstairs bathroom has a double shower and sinks. The kitchen has been recently updated with granite counter-tops and stainless appliances. There is a large game room with 60" flat screen TV as well large flat panel TV's in the family room and master bedroom. This home is newly furnished. Access to a PC with high-speed internet as well as wireless internet throughout the home. State of the art dock with on open 26' slip and 2 SeaDoo docks as well. There is a huge deck overlooking Drowning Creek for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening.

My family vistied this home over spring break and had a great time. The home was nicely appointed and had prime access to the water. I wish we had brought our boat. Plenty of room to spread out in the home and a perfect kitchen for entertaining.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

The home has great amenities and a wonderful floor plan. We were there in the middle of March so despite the weather being too cold it was a great trip. The house has 4 bedrooms, the master with a King and private bath, 2 guest rooms that share a pullman bath one room has two beds and the next has a king. The last bedroom has two sets of enormous bunk beds with trundle beds. It will sleep 4 very comfortably, 6 if you pull out the trundle beds, and possibly 8 if you have a couple in the lower bunk which is about a queen. It would be a great room for the kids! There is also a game room with sectional and enough floor space to sleep a few more if need be. Overall a great house to get away for the weekend too. Our "offseason" rate was good, but not sure we would see the value in the peak summer months. Other than that A++

I have stayed at this property twice now. The first time was at the beginning of February. The company I work for had an offsite retreat, there was about 6 of us. We had a great time! It was very relaxing and fun. The second time was at the end of February and we had 18 people. We had a great time. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the back porch. The next time we have an offsite meeting, I hope we get to go back.
