This luxurious Ocean Reef penthouse condo is in a new building and it has every amenity you want to have a fun and relaxing vacation!! We decorated it and outfitted it for our family and yours, keeping in mind everything you would need to make your vacation easy and fun and more than comfortable. You deserve a luxurious vacation! You will love the decor and the location (Front Beach Road at Nautilus). There is not another high-rise condo next to ours, so you have a lot of privacy on the beach but don't sacrifice any amenities: there are beach chairs and umbrellas available, parasailing, banana boat rentals, etc. You will love the gulf's sugary sand and the great shelling, and the new restaurants and shopping in PCB are wonderful!
The city is reinventing itself, and we want you to come enjoy it. Plus, if you normally stay in other gulf communities, such as Destin or Sea Side, you can drive over from our West PCB location very easily and quickly. But, there really is no need! West PCB has everything you could want: great golfing (18-hole, as well as miniature!), good restaurants, fun shopping, and other activities for the family. Gulf World (think Sea World but smaller and less expensive!) is less than 1 mile away!

I stayed in three Ocean Reef units this winter during an extended stay. Both two and four bed room units. This unit stands out as being very nice, very comfortable and in a very good location. The unit is much fresher than average, has nicer furniture (much nicer), was very clean, well equipped, and well decorated, its up high and has a corner balcony that gives you exquisite Gulf views and the picturesque view of the strip with its twinkling lights. The unit has fast internet and a brand new TV. Ocean Reef has two pools and is located on a fairly isolated strip of beach, making ideal for families with children. There's plenty of parking and each unit gets their own dedicated space. Overflow parking is directly across the street. I highly recommend this unit for your PCB vacation. The Owner is very easy to get along with, communication was very fast and I'm sure that his reservation book will fill out with return customers very quickly.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Luxury Beachfront Condo is exactly what this condo is. We stayed in this unit over labor day with 2 other families and our children and had an amazing time. This is unit has plenty of room for your friends and family to come along and make lasting memories. We have stayed in several luxurious condos in PCB and this unit ranks #1 by far. Location, price, and amenities make this unit the best in PCB by far. We love the fact that the parking deck is on the same side if the road as the condo unlike other facilities we have stayed. It's only a few miles away from pier park that has awesome shopping and great food places. There is mini golf and a go kart track located right across the street that our kids loved. The swimming pool is so relaxing and located just a few steps away from the beach. We love the fact that we could set our things up on the beach and go back and forth from the pool to the ocean and feel safe that we could still see things. While we did enjoy dining out this condo has an awesome kitchen so we were able to have several family meals in the unit as well. The balcony in this unit is AMAZING. We were able to watch many beautiful sunsets over the crystal blue ocean. The owner of this condo went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and was very easy to work with from booking til the end of vacation. We will definitely stay at this unit again!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We love the gulf coast, and are excited about the revitalization of the Panama City Beach area. We purchased this condo and outfitted it with luxury and ease in mind!
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Reef:
The new developments and changing landscape of this coastal community have redefined its image. With new upscale shopping centers like the Pier Park, which is just 1 mile from our brand new condo, and island-like resorts, PCB is once-again a wonderful destination for families, couples, business travelers, golfers and more. Our condo is oceanfront and brand-new. It's on the West side of PCB, which provides more beach privacy, easy access to Pier Park, and other restaurants and shopping. The Destin/Rosemary Beach/Seaside/Grayton areas are between 30 to 45 minutes away, which makes for an easy afternoon visit. Go over to your favorite shopping (the outlets, perhaps) or restaurants, but avoid all that daily traffic by staying in PCB! The beach here offers the same sugary sand and great shelling! And our condo offers all the amenities you could want: two pools (one indoor and heated), beach chairs and umbrellas available, a hot tub, a sauna, covered reserved parking, and the list goes on!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo is luxurious and beautifully decorated and appointed. With 2 king masters, one queen bed, and 2 twins, plus a sleeper sofa, there is room for everyone. We switched out the appliances when we bought the condo in Nov, 2008, and put it deluxe stainless appliances. We have granite counter tops, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Additionally, each room has its own flat screen tv and dvd combo, and there is cable and internet access. The stereo system is a high resolution dvd system with multi-speaker surround sound, equipped with an ipod dock. The huge balcony (28 feet long!) has a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 chaise lounges and another small table. From this view, 22nd floor, you can look down into the gulf and watch the fish and dolphins play in the surf! It's a breathtaking view!
