Extraordinary Siesta Key Beach Rental, private pool home, 2100 square feet of extreme cleanliness, just steps to the beautiful white sand beach of Siesta Key. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are master suites, with king size beds, baths and TV's, each with its own sliding glass door to either screened pool deck or open air sundeck. Each on opposite sides of the home for maximum privacy. Guest room has 2 twin beds. 3 full baths, 2 with walk-in showers.
Beautiful large yard, gas grill & deck area, outdoor shower for sandy beach returns. Fully tiled home, very open floor plan, with sliding glass doors to pool deck. Complete kitchen, laundry room, 2 car garage, circle drive. A single family home, not a villa nor a townhouse. WiFi, work on your laptop while you sit around your own private pool. Beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are already here, waiting for you. Beach sand toys and wagon for more beach fun.
We have never accepted pets in this home, nor do we allow smoking in the house. Many of our renters come back every year.

Hi Cindy & Jim, I just wanted to send a note and let you know we had a great time in Florida. It was nice renting your home and I especially enjoyed the pool. No sand to content with...I love the close proximity to everything, beach and town. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Dear Cindy, Jim & Michael, we have been telling everyone how great your house was and and wanted you to know also. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We had thought we wanted to be right on the beach, but the 5 minute walk helped to get some of the sand off and provided a bit of exercise as well. It was nice to have the outside shower to get off the rest of the sand outside. That beach was absolutely beautiful. My youngest grandson kept picking up that beautiful white, fine sand and saying, "Snowing! Snowing!". We just hope he doesn't go outside in the snow barefoot now! The layout of the house was great. I loved have 3 FULL bathrooms. And the bedroom and bath at the other end of the house was perfect. Grama and Grandpa could sleep as late as they wanted-well until our granddaughter came knocking and saying, "Wakey, wakey!" Having the pool and grill was also wonderful. We fully enjoyed both. Cindy, Jim & Michael- you were the nicest! So helpfl and willing to fix whatever we complained about (and that was very little)! It was great having you next door. The house definitely had whatever we needed and then some. We are trying to coordinate schedules to try to book this for next year. So we'll be talking to you soon. Thanks again for everything, Bunni

JIm & Cindy, I want to let you know how much my friends and I enjoyed our stay at 5612 Cape Leyte. The rental home was clean, spacious and fully stocked with all the appliances and kitchen facilities we could need. It was in an excellent neighborhood and close to the beach and the village. We were all very pleased and would definitely return again if we travel again in the future to Siesta Key. Also thanks for your hospitality and friendliness in all our dealings.
