The house has three bedrooms, three baths, two of which are en-suite with a beautiful view of the Bay from the Jacuzzi and slipper tubs.
The main floor and bath are fully accessible. The well appointed kitchen has been created with great attention to detail and perfect for gourmet meals with local mussels and lobster.
For in house entertainment there is satellite television, DVD players, movie library, games and books. The upper and lower decks offer the opportunity to simply sit, relax and enjoy the beauty.
Minutes away from the Greenwich National Park, this home is the perfect location for quiet tranquility with access to hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, swimming, kayaking, restaurants, Ceiledhs (Celtic dancing) and live theatre.

Why the Owner Chose Greenwich
We built this vacation home next to our centuries old farmhouse home. It is still a working farm operated by John complete with beef cattle. We have always believed that this is one of the most beautiful places on Prince Edward Island and we loved the Greenwich Dunes long before they were discovered by the public.
The Unique Benefits at this Executive Home
As the non-resident partner (& sister), I mostly love the view from the cottage. One never tires of the beauty of the Bay, the mussel and dairy farming activities that can be viewed from the balconies. We love food and the kitchen is a delight for would be perfect for chefs. Another very favourite feature are the bath tubs in which one can sit and enjoy an unimpeded view of the Bay. Of course we love the close proximity to the great beaches. This is a great location any time of the year.
Three bedroom, lovely, quiet and wheelchair accessible vacation home. All the amenities and comfort one could hope for in a vacation.
The site contains an extensive and fragile coastal dune system, wetlands and various natural habitats in which numerous rare plant species are found. Among the most spectacular natural characteristics

Greenwich Tyme House is owned by John Sutherland who operates the the farm next door. John, who is an historian by education, loves the area and telling people about it. Part of the hospitality includes giving our guests a tour of the area. The home is co-owned by his sister Anne Shirley Sutherland and husband, Lawrence Lacey.
