A great vacation spot! Off the busy main highway, located on beautiful Holiday Isle, but close to all shopping and other amenities. Views from the 5th floor balcony include the Emerald-Green Gulf and occasional dolphin sightings.
This condo accommodates up to 6 people with a king-size bed in the master bedroom; twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has been updated with fresh paint, decor and crown molding throughout and new carpeting has been installed. The living room features new sofa, love seat, recliner chair, lamps and a 32" flat screen TV with free HD service and DVD player. The master bedroom features a new, larger picture window, providing a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms have new mattresses, bedspreads, lamps, artwork, plantation shutters, mirrored closet doors and flat screen TVs. The guest bedroom features a 26" flat screen TV and DVD player and the master bedroom has a 26" flat screen TV with built-in DVD player. Destin's Beach is just steps away, with a beautiful view from your private balcony. Stroll along the water's edge and enjoy the many sights--from parasailing to fishing boats. Beach Service of two chairs and umbrella is provided for the entire season of March 1 until the end of September.
