Welcome to Manzanillo Del Mar, located in Las Brisas, Manzanillo Mexico. This main floor unit in this 2 year old beach house has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and maid service once per week (more often if desired for a fee). Additional, optional space and sleeping quarters are available in the Casita (little house) which has one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a full kitchen and living room. The Casita is 420 square feet with one double bed and one single bed.
This beachfront property has a private swimming pool and panoramic view of the ocean, Manzanillo Bay and La Punta peninsula. The sunsets over the Pacific Ocean are spectacular. There is a nearby golf course and the units are walking distance to great restaurants, banks and amenities. Manzanillo boasts that it is the sailfish capital of the world.

Why the Owner Chose Manzanillo
We have worked and lived in Latin America off and on since 1992 and when we first visited Manzanillo in 2007 we fell in love with it. The Latino culture here is vibrant, it is the safest most secure place we have ever lived, the people are friendly, we are right on the beach with a pool and at Christmas have the entire family visiting.
The Unique Benefits at this Main Floor of a Beach House
The view of the ocean is spectacular. We watch ships entering the port and enjoy the best sunsets the Pacific Ocean can offer. Excellent restaurants are within a few blocks, as are banks and convenience stores. Our children love the pool, playing in the ocean, snorkeling and kayaking.
On the ocean. The street name is wrong on this map. It is not Av Playa de Oro but Calle del Mar.

We are semi retired, love the outdoors and nature, have six children and Manzanillo on the beach is the perfect place for us for running, walking, swimming, diving, kayaking, sailing and just relaxing by the pool in the gazebo by the ocean with and without the family.
