Year Purchased: 2006
We fell in love with the south ("sunny") side of the gorgeous island of Kauai when we spent our Honeymoon here in 1978. We've been going back as much as possible ever since!
Why the Owner Chose Koloa
We thought our dream of one day owning our own home in Poipu was probably an "impossible" one, but always looked for opportunities nonetheless. That day was realized when we found an availability in Kuhio Shores which is 20 feet from the ocean! After completely demolishing the interior, we remodeled and now offer our home for others to enjoy as well.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our home is right on the ocean with access to some of the best snorkeling, surfing and body boarding on the island. Watching the turtles frolic in the waves from the lanai and when in season, whales and dolphins as well! One of the best restaurants on the island, The Beach House, is conveniently located right next door.
