Come and enjoy "The Riverplace" located directly on the Weeki Wachee River and just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. This a fun and relaxing vacation place with a beautiful view. The upstairs boasts an open great room with gas fireplace, large screen TV, sleeper sofa. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, trash compactor, Jenn-air cooktop, bosch dishwasher and a view from the kitchen sink of Ospreys nesting in the top of a cypress tree also view the Manatee's from the upper porch.
The upstairs has two bedrooms with king beds and a full bath. Downstairs has a small living room/dining area, kitchenette, bedroom with two twin beds, and a bunk room with four twin beds, a full bath and laundry room. Outside relax out on the riverfront pavilion and grill out, cook fish or boil crabs caught with a crab trap that is provided. Enjoy a game of pool or arcade basketball while relaxing out in the pavilion.
Put your small boat in the river at the boat ramp located on the property, or a public boat ramp and area park which is located within walking distance. Park your boat at the dock or use the canoe which is provided with this rental. At the end of the day enjoy a fire by the river, This vacation place is a great place for the family and friends to gather to make wonderful memories.

Hi Randall Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your home on the Weeki Wachee River. It was perfect for our group of 8 ... well appointed with all the amenities of home and more than enough room to spread out and enjoy! The game room was a plus! Our group rented a total of four houses and came with several boats. We were able to explore the river and the Gulf. Scalloping was lots of fun ... but lots of work by the time they were all cleaned. We look forward to renting your home again next year to enjoy another wonderful Weeki Wachee week! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home. Lifetime memories were made. Betty Dawsonville, GA

We had a great time. The entire experience was thouroughly satisfying. Neighbors are great, the river and it's crystal clear cool water was beautiful. The canoe was a bonus. Thank you for making your vacation home available on line.

Wonderful house, great neighborhood. Has everything you could possibly need for great cooking, entertaining, or just relaxing. Enjoyed being on the river, fishing & canoeing. Separate apartment was perfect for visiting relatives, Having our dogs with us just added to the enjoyment. We definitely want to go back next year. Manatees came to within 10' of the dock and stayed nearly all day. This was as close to a perfect vacation as we've ever had, and hope to stay longer next time.

Hi there Randy! We just wanted to let you know we had a great time renting your house for my bachelorette weekend. It was exactly the laid back weekend I wanted with just canoeing (thanks for the provided canoe) and renting kayaks. We had ample space. It was very quiet and perfect for our girls-getaway trip. It was so quiet we couldn't even get our cell phones to work there. Thankfully, you had a land line for use! We hope to come again sometime! Thanks!

This place was fantastic. We had a family reunion with room to spare !! Adults, Kids and Teens were never at a loss for things to do. The river was fun, so close to Rogers Park for swimming, screened room was so fun ! It sleeps 12 very comfortably.
