NEWLY RENOVATED Luxury 2 bedroom/2 bathroom private condominium, Unit #204, is on the world's most beautiful beach (Crescent Beach). This fully furnished, air conditioned unit sleeps 6 and is located in the El Presidente building that is directly on the beach. The heated pool and spa back onto the beach. Unit #204 has a garden view.
Unit #204 includes a balcony which is off the living room and master bedroom. There is a king size bed in the master and 2 double beds in the second bedroom. There is a pull out couch in the living room. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom (which includes bathtub and shower), as well as a TV, DVD and VCR. Fully equipped laundry room with a new washer and dryer is right in the unit.
This condominium is in spotless condition. There is linen supplied and housekeeping at the end of your stay, so you don't have to do the heavy cleaning as your holiday is coming to an end. Guaranteed to be serene, private, and relaxing.

- Convertible Bed : There is a roll away bed in the guest bedroom if another bed is required.

- Beachfront : The complex is directly on the beach, gorgeous Crescent Beach. The view from our lanai is of the next door's garden. Partial view of the beach. The beach is visible as soon as you walk out the front door. You just have to walk along the outside balcony for about one minute and be on the sandy beach.
- Oceanfront : Our unit is directly on the ocean and beachfront. the view from our lanai is of the next door neighbour's landscaping. WE face south and have the sun in our unit all day.
- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details : Our complex is directly on Crescent Beach and has an amazing beachfront of at least 300 feet. Our view from the lanai is southern and we see our next door neighbours gardens and landscaping. Only a slight view of the gulf from our lanai. AS soon as you step outside the unit you see the gulf and beach.

Why the Owner Chose El Presidente
We rented at the El Presidente Condominium for many years before we decided to purchase our condo there. It always felt like home when we arrived and the tenants who live there full time are very nice.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our property is very pretty, very clean, well managed and friendly to families. Benefits of staying at our property: right on the beach and its the best part of Crescent Beach,
close to great restaurants, close to Myakka state park, close to Mote Aquarium and also I like to knit and there is a very interesting knitting store near by.
Close enough to malls if you want to shop and Walking distance to frozen yoghurt and ice cream!!!

I arrived at your condo with 4 friends. We are university friends that are now moving on to do either work or more post grad work. WE had the best time. The beach was fantastic and we had way too many restaurants to go to every night. The condo was great; real clean, comfortable set up, fully stocked kitchen and amazing beach. It was just what we needed for rejuvenating and having a chance for the 5 of us to get together from different cities and different countries. We will be back next summer!

We loved staying at your renovated unit at the El Presidente. The condo complex felt very private and we often felt that we had the pool to ourselves. The condo itself is so well equipped and the king size bed in the master bedroom made us think that it's time for us to buy a new bed at home. The kids had a great time and we especially loved the ease at being right on the beach. Your beach is beautiful and we loved walking every morning. One time we found a school of cow rays that were swimming close to shore and we loved seeing the dolphins morning and late afternoon. I never saw such white sand before and the fact that we could sculpt so easily turned out to be a fun way to spend the whole day playing at the beach. We will be back. Thanks again. Richard S.
