Our vacation home is a beautiful two-story bungalow style townhome.
The first floor includes a front porch, bedroom, completely remodeled kitchen, remodeled lower bathroom, large open living area, and beautiful French doors leading to a private deck and backyard. The backyard includes a table for six and new gas grill.
The property is located within the renowned Truman Annex Shipyard community. There is a guarded gatehouse and secured entrance to a private parking spot directly in front of the home.
Of course once settled in, there will be very little need for a car as the pool is just down the walkway and the state park with beach is within a short walking distance.

Year Purchased: 1991
We are three co-owners from the Cleveland area who purchased the property after a day of sailing in the Key West Regatta and celebrating at "Sloppy Joes". One partner now lives in Fort Lauderdale. The two owners in Cleveland continue to use the Key West vacation home as an escape from the winter weather on Lake Erie. Throughout the year we also return with our friends and families to recharge and relax in a laid-back, friendly atmosphere that is uniquely Key West.
Why the Owner Chose Truman Annex
Location, Location, Location. We have one of the most beautiful townhomes; in the best residential community; in the most outstanding place to vacation in the country. Every imaginable outdoor sport activity, as well as dining, shopping, and cultural activity is within walking or bicycling distance from our home. Of course possibly the best thing about our location is how easily it enables guests, friends, and family to settle in and enjoy the stress free, casual style that is Key West.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Besides the laid-back style that defines Key West, a multitude of sport and recreational activities are available just outside our door. Entertainment and shopping also abound just a few short steps away on Duval Street and Mallory Square. Of course one of the true pleasures of being in our home in Key West is to do no more than relax poolside or on our private deck beneath a beautiful palm tree and deep blue Florida Keys sky.
