Downstairs Bedroom 1: The first floor bedroom is off of the main
entry and is equipped with a queen bed, twin bed and a crib with an adjacent bath.
Upstairs Master Bedroom: With a private bath, this bedroom offers
incredible views of the lake, a king bed, recliner chair, ceiling fan. Bathroom has a tub/shower and his and hers sinks.
Upstairs Sunset Bedroom: With huge windows facing west across the
lake and north up the shoreline, this view is unmatched; enjoy
amazing sunsets and privacy. This bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds and ceiling fan.
Back Upstairs Bedroom 1: This room has a queen bed,shared bath and large windows.
Back Upstairs Bedroom 2: This room has a queen bed, shared baath and large windows.
Back Upstairs Bedroom 3: This room has two double beds, a shared bath and a wall of windows.
The Bunk Room: You can’t have a vacation home without a bunkroom. With two sets of bunkbeds, and a fold down futon and a cot, this room is perfect for the kids to slumber. Located above the attached garage, you can entertain in other areas of the house and never wake the kids!

Welcome to Sharon's Lakeside Beach House. My name is Sharon Kehoe and I am the owner of 4570 Lake Drive. I will be continuing to share this lake property with family groups who require up to 22 sleeping accomodations. This is a beautiful spot and will provide much shared enjoyment for your family and friends.
Sharon's Lakeside Beach House is one of several properties that I own and rent. I have done many things in my life including high school teaching, college teaching, lawyering, judging, etc. but one of the activities that has given me the most pleasure is renovating, building, and developing properties and sharing them with others. Hopefully I will be able to share this home with you and your family.
Why the Owner Chose Crystal Beach
I have loved the Canandaigua Lake area for a long time. When 4570 Lake Drive became available and was in close proximity to a second property that I own and rent, I was able to buy it. Having both homes near each other makes it easier for me to maintain them. Owning 4570 Lake Drive gets me direct access to the water. My other property, listed on vrbo at #207209 has views of the lake as well as a 24 ft shared access for swimming and launching small craft.

Rented with 15 women for a great weekend retreat. The house is beautiful and the setting even more beautiful. Plenty of room, very clean and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend - can't wait to go back!

Our group was comprised of 5 families (14 people) and there was plenty of room for all. Sleeping facilities were fine and the 5 bathrooms made life a lot easier. A large living room and another large family room gave us plenty of room to be together and comfortable. The house was very clean upon arrival. The additional refrig was very helpful and the new kitchen was roomy and very, very well equiped with dish's pots, pans utensels etc and appliances. We ate our meals either in the kitchen which had a table that 10 could sit at plus a counter and an island with adequate stools. The patio had 3 large tables with umbrellas which we used every night. The house was so comfortable that we ate ALL of our meals there. The beds and furniture throughout the house were comfortable and in very good condition. Plenty of outdoor furniture and recreational toys were on premises.The olwner and her staff were most helpful and made every effort necessary to make our week most enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
