From the road below, enter through a private gate and drive up a sweeping driveway, taking you to the home, where you will be greeted with peaceful views of the ocean and sunsets. Open the front door to this spacious, 8,000 square foot home with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, workout-room, bar, and lounge-room with pool table, barbecue area and spa. We welcome a maximum of ten guests who may be accommodated at this property.

Entering through the beautiful French doors, you will be on the main level of this home. The kitchen offers wonderful lighting when you open all the window shades and French doors. The French doors open onto the balcony outside where you can enjoy the views and fresh air.

The kitchen has seating for six, as well as a breakfast bar that seats four, additional seating is located in the dining room that seats eight. This kitchen is well equipped with an island, two ovens, two sinks, microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal, and two refrigerators (one stainless steel located in the main kitchen and the other one located in the pantry area) making cooking and cleaning up enjoyable. A half bath is located near the kitchen, and another one is down the hall between the living room and master bedroom.

Enjoy a nice fire as you sit on the cozy leather sectional couch watching your favorite show or movie on the large flat screen television. Besides the heat generated from the fireplace, this home is heated by natural gas. This room also offers a lot of light and a balcony outside. Across from the living-room you will find the a powder room.

Located down the hall is the master bedroom, complete with a spacious walk in closet to hold not only the wardrobe you bring with you, but plenty of space for the new clothes you just couldn’t resist in the nearby shops of Pebble Beach and Carmel! In the master bedroom, you will enjoy the French doors that open onto the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the views and quietness. The master bedroom also offers a fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly nights.

The guest room on this level has a king bed and is very spacious. This bedroom has stairway access to the lower level of the home and also to the workout/workshop room. This room is a great place to just hang out. It has plenty of room to exercise (or not!) and offers access to the second level balcony. The second level of this home can also be accessed via a staircase located in the first level near the kitchen and front entrance.

On the second level of this spacious home, you will find three guest bedrooms all nicely decorated and with baths en suite. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and access to second level balcony. The third guest bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the second level balcony. The fourth guest bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the balcony.

Down the hall on this level, you will find laundry facilities including a washer and electric dryer. A bonus room has a pool table, foosball table, bar and second living-room with a television and nice views from the balcony. You will enjoy the outdoor space at this home as well when you open the French doors near the bar. This home has balconies on both levels of the home, stretching from one end to the other. On the second level, you will find a nice patio area where you can barbecue and also a Jacuzzi to soak in.
