Our family of five, now six with the marriage of my oldest son, has vacationed at the beach several times a year since the boys were born. It's the one vacation where we can all relax, eat good seafood, play in the ocean and get a great tan. The water and sand we love best is along the Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a dream come true to finally buy our own condo in Aqua. Why the Owner Chose Aqua
Our family has vacationed on the beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast for years and nowhere is the water and sand more beautiful than Panama City Beach. With the addition of Pier Park to the area and Aqua only a short .4 mile walk from there, we have everything we need to have a great vacation. Pier Park has both boutique and department store shopping, restaurants and bars, and theaters to entertain us. We are also close to the resorts on 30A which we often visit. Aqua has a luxurious feel and all the amenities we value.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The exercise room in Aqua is essential to our active lifestyle and the two pools are each very beautiful for sunning and swimming. I love that there is a snack bar by the pool so I don't have to pack a cooler. When we go to the beach, we have two beach chairs and an umbrella set up by the beach service and waiting for our pleasure. Pier Park is close by and we can easily walk or bike there. This is a great advantage especially in the summer when the roads are crowded and we don't want to use a car to get around. The covered parking garage at Aqua keeps our car safe and cool.
